Firstly, huge respect and great appreciation to the author S G V Aster for writing a book on this topic.

This book is an exquisite work by the author to imbibe within its reader the power of self-worth, self-confidence even self-improvement, as we all know, success is the by-product of goal-setting and a sincere effort towards achieving these goals.

As the title implies, the scrum master is the master of scrum, who ensures the scrum framework is followed. Scrum has a clearly defined set of roles and rituals that should be followed and the scrum master works with each member of the scrum team to guide and coach the team through the scrum framework. It was an informative read filled with activities which will keep you awake (contrary to other self-help books) . It was a good and interesting read . This book acts like that of a friend of yours who always encourages you to do your best, and the use of flow charts and diagrams make it more engaging. This was a short read and this is a type of book which I can read whenever or wherever I am.

Overall, I loved the book and strongly recommend fellow readers to give it a try. And lastly, I'd thank the man who edited this cover, else it would have taken more or less months to come across the read, post finishing the other books of my collection.

Reviews. I read this book to give my unbiased and honest review.

The book's subtitle, "Career transmission to Scrum Master," inspired me to start reading it. The book's title, which talks about how the instruction manual will change lives, drew me in. After that, I started reading this book and was really pleased with the author's writing.

You are never too old to set another goal or to dream of a new position, the author writes in this book, which is the line I enjoyed the best. That indicates that if you have a profession in mind, you should broaden your knowledge and seize possibilities to make a change. This book also outlines typical pitfalls to avoid in this job and offers insights into what a Scrum Master's schedule may look like.

It's a best guide for individuals who are seeking to transition their career to become a Scrum Master. Because there are many good reasons for a Scrum Master.

As a Scrum Master, you can :-

● Ensure the team is syncing up daily

● Will have first-hand information on any impediments that the team discusses

● Can come up with Action Items for the impediments

● Ensure the team does not deviate from Scrum guidelines

● Keep track of time if any discussion prolongs

● Check for any risk in Sprint commitments, and alert the product owner

● Ensure a team has smooth communication between them

The book is very organized and described very well in a simple and reasonable language. The cover and the title go very well with it. Generally, this is an exceptionally persuasive book which fills me with energy and I might want to prescribe this book to everybody.
