A great little book about sculling/rowing. I’ll be taking the exercises explained to the erg, and probably watching some YouTube videos to complement. Quite a lot is repeated within each section and into subsequent sections. I would normally hate that in a book, but this felt like a coxswain hammering the point home. Genuinely felt like I learned something and will be re-reading as I try to put all this theory into practice!
