Nooooo! What the heck? I’m pretty sure everyone here is just toying with me now. Giselle can’t make up her mind. Or her heart. Carlo is hot and cold and then hot and tepid and then scorching. Stefan is delving into depressed almost-stalker territory. Or at least spy territory. And we still don’t know who she ends up with!
I keep hoping for a happy ending, but I’m starting to wonder if maybe it’s not in the cards. Or maybe it’ll just be an unconventional one. But it feels like we’re further than ever from anything resembling happiness now.

Stefan and Carlo have started an arrangement with Giselle that they will have a month to convince her that one of them is the right one for her. Giselle plays along as she doesn’t believe what they say….but I’m starting to get the feeling she’s very fickle.
I know she’s stressed about hiding her past, keeping Dani safe and on top of that is in love with both Sovrano brothers which is an added emotional burden, but she moves from one to the next with no qualms. I hope she makes a choice soon otherwise this is going to get messy….yikes😁

Way to go Stefan😯😮😜😛😁😝
At this point in the story I give up. Its obvious that Stefan, Carlo, and Giselle are going to end up together in a poly relationship. But the ending made me, change my mind about Giselle, getting on my nerves with her indecisiveness, and immaturity. Finally Stefan, took the reigns and made his decision to end this farce of a sham, situation. When WILK we find out about Giselle backstory? Enough with the guessing already. The only reason why I gave this book five stars is because of Stefan.

I don’t know what to say about this series….
I do t even know how to review this series so far, so I’ll talk about this installment. There were some laugh out loud moments. But I really hate these really short pamphlets, and I’m calling them pamphlets because these are too short to be called books. Or they should too short to be called books. I’m really annoyed with all of the breaks.

"Seducing the King" (The Sovrano Crime Family Book 8) by Jessa York was a fantastic read. I loved this latest part of Giselle, Carlo, and Stefan's story. This story had romance, passion, family, friends, billionaires, and more. I can't wait to see what happens next. I highly recommend it to all fans of romance, billionaires, and series.

Okay these books are getting pretty bad and repetitive but I think I just keep reading because I wanna know what happens next because Giselle’s decisions are horrible. Like STAND UP AND GET SOME BRAIN CELLS GIRL!!

Whew, we are getting a little bit closer now, but there is still the question of whom she chooses, but also, how will Giselle's past play in the final outcome? We know that both Carlo and Stefan are not good with secrets and seem to always jump to conclusions. But as in Jessa York fashion, that ending just leaves us with our jaws on the floor wondering WTF!!
Either way, I am always a glutton for a cliffhanger, especially when a series is not finished yet. Now on to the next one. Let the punishments begin again!! LOL, JK!! I have loved Giselle and Carlo and wish I had some friends like these 2 have.

I DID NOT see that coming!!!
The arrangement between the Sorvano brothers and Giselle continues, with Giselle and Carlo now spending the remainder of the month together. The fiery tempers of these two puts a strain on their relationship for much of the book, but cracks when Giselle gets sick.
And.oh, my heart...the way Carlo is with Dani is absolutely endearing.
Giselle's love for both brothers continues to be apparent in her interactions with Stephan and her actions with Carlo. But as we get to Stephen's wedding day we're met with an unexpected twist...and I can't wait to see where the story goes from here!

Let me take you to 03:00 on the first day (or night, lol) of January. There was still a lot of fireworks outside and I thought "You know what? I can't sleep so just let me check out that ebook I got with the last Stuff your Kindle (or in my case Kobo) day." It is now the third of January and I just finished book 8.
Did I regret getting almost no sleep these past days? No I did not.
Why, you ask?
Because this I haven't enjoyed a bookseries so much as I love this one in a very long time. Like it has "fanfic telenovela level" drama (which is a very good thing) but is also written well. I enjoy it so, so much.

I was not prepared for that ending and I am on the edge of my seat trying to figure this story out.
Will she actually pick just one or will she pick both? I think I need this to be a both story ending.
They both love her, they both love Daniella let’s get them on board the both train.
I’m surprised the men haven’t said let’s just throw in the towel and she gets us both.
Who wouldn’t want two sexy men who love you without even knowing who you are.
I am invested and here for it all!!!!

Just when you think you had things figured out, Ms.York throws you for a loop. In Seducing the King she has Carlo, Stefan and Giselle agreeing to an arrangement regarding their relationships. Having two men that love you and your daughter is too much to as for, but is it? Will Giselle have to pick between them or will they make the decision for her? Carlo shows a different side of himself and it had me putting him on the swoon-worthy list. Since this is a series, Ms. York gives us the cliffhangers of all cliffhangers. What will she have in store for us in Obeying the King?

Giselle is in a tug of war between Carlos and Stefan. With Stefan out and Carlos furious with her, she still has the remainder of days to spend with Carlos. While Carlos gives her the silent treatment and dotes on Dani, Nevaeh plans her wedding to Stefan. Giselle has nightmares and we find out a little more about her past, which we are dying for information about, and the brothers are coming up with nothing on their searches in her past. Who will Giselle pick? Or will she run? We get a huge cliffy that I can't wait for Book 9!

OMG!!! These two men, and Giselle!!! She can’t make up her mind, decide, take a stand. Wow! I believe Carlo is my new Book Boyfriend. I want him! I love how sweet he is, how he treats Giselle and Dani, all the little details and how thoughtful he is. Stefan is sweet also, takes care of them both, but I just prefer Carlo.
However, the ending of this book almost made me want to throw my kindle across the room!!! I can’t wait for Giselle’s HEA. She deserves it!

I was NOT expecting that ending! The tension heats up as Giselle continues her journey to love. Will she pick Carlo or Stefan?? Still don’t know! We get a bit more plot development in this installment of the series, so a little less spice. Overall, this was a good stepping stone to the next book. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!!!

Both guys have good qualities even if they do make it hard to see them! A challenging situation though brings out the better qualities!

OMG!?! That cliffy left me speechless! Just WOW! What a roller coaster ride these three are on. This one has all the feels and shocking moments. We also get more of a glimpse into Giselle's past and some steamy scenes. I absolutely love Carlo with Giselle and how he is with Dani. Stefan, I'm still on the fence with, but he's slowly growing on me. I need book #9 ASAP!

Seducing The King is the eighth book in the Sovrano Crime family series by Jessa York. The tug-a-war between Carlo, Stefan and Giselle keeps me coming back for more. I am loving this series and the cliffhangers keep you on the edge of your seat to find out what happens next. I highly recommend reading the books in this series in order. I can't wait for book nine.

I have whiplash from this one lol. The guys are going back and forth in their rendezvous with Giselle. Once you think one is going to win the other steps up. Things are definitely hot and heavy and I feel like at some point everything is going to come to a head especially with Giselle's past. I kinda can't wait to see how the guys handle that and how all that plays out.

Wow book eight does not disappoint. Giselle is still dealing with her issues with Carlo and Stefan. There are plenty of steamy moments in this book. It is difficult to figure out what will happen with this love triangle.
