An avid writer since crafting a moving story of a penguin trying to find his way home (sadly no longer in print) when he was a mere six years old, Mark has started hundreds of novels and written millions of words.
Recently learning how to curb his imagination and actually get something done, he now writes character-driven suspense thrillers, often with supernatural elements.
Like all great authors, he writes about himself in the third person, as though he has enough money to afford a publicist.
These are the worst of the worst human beings. Totally depressing. Don't wait for them or their situations to improve....they don't! I will never read another book from this author.

Clever - the conceit of having two protagonists of the same name (Alex Harper) is a great starting point for the premise of this book. Which "Alex" was the young woman looking for when she was gunned down by an unknown assassin? And was the young waitress killed with her collateral damage - or was there more to her than meets the eye?
This book has more twists and turns than a pretzel and each plot twist is well thought out and - surprising! If you like who-done-its in which you're kept guessing until the very end, this is the book for you!
Her Last Request is a story of a couple that gets divorced but tries to stay together for their daughter. In their last dinner together two people are killed. They don’t know why the one girl was trying to talk to them. The story is excessively long and sometimes not relative. The main characters are not very likeable. The ending was not well done. I was very disappointed in the book and wouldn’t not recommend it.
This book has so many characters in it which makes it very hard to follow. The female Alex is so wrapped up in her brain no wonder she can't make a relationship work. The male Alex can't forgive his wife for cheating. Then comes the other characters to numerous to mention. Andrew and Victoria are muderers. Then you have the victims then you have the crime family.. As I said to many characters..
the suspence keeps piling up. the cast of characters are deeper than a bottomless well. each person has a public face and a private agenda. motive? they all have one. opportunity? everyone is accounted for, or are they? corruption, crime and vengeance converge. when the dust clears, the ugly face of reality grins back without a concience.
Alexandria , aka Lexi, and her just divorced husband , Alex , were being served by a waitress named Greta. Greta goes outside to speak to a frantic woman. Both are gunned down. The search for her killer begins. Lots of mazes to conquer. Interesting story. I like the main characters.
Lexi and Xander against their first inclination become involved in a murder investigation. But things are much more complicated than they could ever had imagined.
I think I need a medal for finishing this. Full of stupid remarks and waffle. An overly long and extremely convoluted plot tying in a massive cast of characters from all over the place. Irritating in the extreme!
I mostly finish a book that I start reading. I finished this one to see if it got better, the story developed, or it might actually engage me - I was disappointed on all those fronts.
The story is tangled, has no real pace, and little point.
What a great book! So many twists and turns that I just couldn't figure it out! Also some amazing animal facts I never knew. You won't regret reading this book!!
Meh, too many characters to keep track of. I could see the author was trying to potentially build a background story for the rest of the series but it made it hard to follow.
Too much of what people think is a good thing is not. Too many relationships. This is a page turner but you must pay attention to the characters and what each are doing to themselves and others. Read carefully!
This book kept me intrigued. I was sure of the killer but it turned out to be Andrew. I recommend this book to anyone who loves mystery. There was suspense, sadness and disappointment.
