Brandy Nacole is a writer of paranormal suspense and mystery. She's penned the bestselling novel DEEP IN THE HOLLOW, THE SHADOW WORLD TRILOGY and MURDER IS A DEBATE.
She loves keeping readers on the edge of their seats as that's where she likes to stay. Her favorite pastimes are reading, writing, exploring the world, and spending as much time with her husband, kids, and fur babies as possible. If Brandy can’t be found, it’s okay, she’s not lost. She’s frolicking in the woods somewhere and will return for tacos eventually.
It would of been a 4 but I took a star off because the author couldn’t seem to remember names and plots from the book before. Like how things ended and who did what. So it was a bit confusing why certain characters had different names or were doing totally different things than the other book said.
3.5 I liked Beth and how relatable she felt especially with her anxiety but sympathy was all I really felt for her. She wasn't a very interesting character. There weren't too many important characters until the end but in the end, the friendship was amazing, and loved how Rae became part of the family. Didn't love the reveal of the murderer as the character didn't feel important but it eventually made more sense and she was very twisted in an interesting way. Fascinating and it all clicked together. Overall good with a good ending but not fond of the characters at all.
