This is Volume 8 of "Chronicles of an Aristocrat Reborn in Another World (Manga), written by Yashu. This is a really great series and some of the books have been made into a dubbed anime. I am sure more anime seasons will be available in the future. This Volume 8 episode has Cain, a 12-year-old boy, as Viscount of an entire village. In Volume 7, there were dozens of bad people caught for trying to kill Cain and bring his village to ruin. In this episode, one of Cain's brothers, Alex, is in town to help Cain. Treasonous people whom Cain knew were sent to a slave trade market and these individuals were replaced by good people in Cain's mansion. While at the slave trade market house, Cain sees two young white fox girls, one ten years old and the other about fourteen. The girls are sisters and both are missing limbs: one sister is missing her legs, and the other is missing a hand, both of them having been attacked by monsters. So, Cain takes them to live at his mansion and totally heals the two girls. He finds out something very interesting about the older sister, and this discovery makes her a valuable asset to his building up of the city plan. He wants to build an academy and an orphanage, as well as leveling the slum areas and building houses for the homeless and unemployed. When they find all the money that was embezzled by his previous butler, he uses this money to pay for services in rebuilding his village. I love this series and can hardly wait to read the next volume when it is released. I gave this book 5 stars.
Moving right along with Cain resolving things with no problem. Meets two beast sisters, Lura and Laura (what names…), takes them as slaves which apparently requires some particular responsibilities, but I guess not because he frees them after, of course, regrowing their long missing limbs. Who knew that all it takes is a “perfect heal” to do the impossible? 🙄 oh look, one of them is also a reincarnated Japanese person, and she knows architecture (barely).
Seth is kicked out after cheating on his terrifying, but gorgeous wife that he fell in love with at first sight, though he constantly wants to have affairs for variety. She’s unforgiving, but it’s ok because Cain asks her to forgive Seth because a devil got into him, he promises he totes won’t do it again, and so she forgives him.
It’s isn’t good writing by any stretch of the imagination. It’s a fast 10 min read, so I don’t care about continuing, but just know that the author sucks at building any tension or creating a realistic world. Cain just solves everything 🤷🏻♀️

I have read unofficial translations of the web novel version of these and will buy the entire series to support the author as it is a great series. A lot of material appears to be missing and some of it modified slightly to keep the PG-13 rating. It is unfortunate that there is not an official light novel version available in English and that some of the shenanigans have been cut.
Great so far. I can wait to see how the new town turns out. I’m still in surprise that there’s another reincarnation person. But I’m glad Cain found her and is using her to help the town.
