This book really is a ladder to heaven. It’s a book that will read differently depending on what stage of life you’re in and what you most need. For me, it was a spiritual guide to staying present and finding the love within myself.

It loses a star due to the few anti-Semitic undertones it had at times, but only a star because it was written at a time and place where being anti-Semitic was as common as fearing the Mongols.
