This was a very interesting read, with several levels of clues to stitch together. It is best to read this series in order to have the best understanding of all the connections and backstories.

Wyoming is a bright guy with a scientific mind, who has the world at his fingertips, not needing anything in his career, finances, etc. He does, however, need to find the person who he "zings" with, and that has been elusive so far. When his brother forces him to take time off, he finds a small cabin to rent on Silver Lake, a lake that holds some mysterious energy.

Eve is the caretaker of the small campground where Wyoming lands, hiding out from her past. When the attraction to Wy becomes too much, their chemistry ignites several things: and none of them safe for her.

I enjoyed seeing the connections between these characters, and the mystery of why she's fought to stay hidden. This was steamy, engaging, and easy to enjoy. I recommend this author, this series, and this read.

The lake's zing tells him he's found what he's been searching for. 

Wyoming Platt and Joe Reynolds are half-brothers raised by very different fathers. Wyoming spent more time with their mother than Joe did. Joe's father encouraged him to develop his golf game. Wyoming's father taught him how to live off the grid and to enjoy nature. The brothers didn't really become close until after college. 

Joe founded a company that develops and manufactures golf clubs. He later brought Wyoming in as a partner. Joe is married to Molly, and they have three children. Joe always puts his family first. Wyoming envies that and hopes that someday he'll also have a family of his own. 

Wyoming is the scientist behind the development of the company's newest lines of equipment. Joe is the face of the company. He loves the marketing areas of the company, especially appearing in commercials and print ads. Wyoming is ready to start work on his next idea of applying A.I. to their next golf club. He wants to consult with Heath Arnault, Tess' father. However, Joe has a better plan for him. Company policy states an employee is to take a one-month sabbatical after every five years of employment. Since Wyoming has never done this, Joe orders him to take both months off work now. Since Wyoming had already planned to visit Joe's family in Steele Valley, that's where he goes. Rather than staying at Joe's or the resort on the ritzy side of the lake, he's booked a cabin on the other side. He's always been fascinated by the lake. At least his forced time off will allow him to run some tests. 

Tess Arnault, an expert in the area of A.I., has fled from her father. He's demanding her help with his devious plans, and she wants absolutely no involvement whatsoever with that. In memory of her mother and twin brother, she developed a way to use A.I. to help cancer patients. Her father wants to modify it to be used as a weapon. 

Fleeing to Steele Valley, where her mother had been born and raised, she changes her name to Eve. Here, she's operating a small campground. Will changing her name, hair, and eye color be enough to avoid her father?

Wyoming Platt, Joe Reynolds , half brothers and polar opposites .Joe a professional Golfer brought Wyoming into his golf club manufacturing company , he’s a scientist behind the company’s development of the best , designed and tested equipment for golfing. Joe is the face of the company and Wyoming is the guy that gets things done. He’s worked at their company ,never taking an6 time off so his brother tells him to take two months off . He holes himself up in a cabin in Steele Valley where he can still interact with Joe’s family at the opposite side of the lake and do his AI research in his spare time. Tess Arnault may have the answers he seeks but she has forsaken that area of expertise running away from her tyrant of a father (who wants to use her cancer pioneer development to make a weapon )and now she’s called Eve….. she has fled to Steele Valley too to spend time where her mother grew up. This is very fast paced , heart racing stuff by Zee Irwin . You can always depend on her books to give you a boost . With brilliant writing and descriptors so fine to lose yourself instantly in the storytelling that’s divine . The settings and atmosphere created are top shelf .

Zee Irwin has done it again. This is the third book in the Steele Valley Billionaires series and each book gets better and better. When Tess Arnault discovers her father has not only lived a secret life but is an unscrupulous businessman, she runs to the only place she thinks he won't find her, her mother's hometown in Steele Valley. She disguises herself as Eve, the caretaker of a vacation cabin campground. Wyoming Platt is forced to take a much-needed sabbatical, he rents a cabin from Eve. As they get to know each other, sparks fly and more. But then her father shows up. The characters are well-written, and the fast-paced storyline is full of sizzle, steam, witty banter, drama, and more. This was a solid 5-star read.

I absolutely loved this story. Wyoming is required to take a 2 month sabbatical where he meets Eve. She runs a campground in Steele Valley and he is renting one of her cabins. It’s instalust for this scientist and he’s doing everything he can to get to know Eve. He talks Eve into helping him study the lake looking for that zing that others talk about. But what he and Eve find is their own zing. But something isn’t right with Eve, there are those after her and will Wyoming come through when needed the most. I loved this fast read, well written, great storyline, great characters you feel for and lots of steam. Loved it.

Tess is an AI developer who disappears when her father tries to make her use her tech that was designed for cancer patients, for destructive purposes. Eve runs a campground near a town where her mother was raised. Wyoming also works in the tech field with his brother and is ordered to take two months of vacation that he has never used. He and Eve hit it off and the secrets start to come out. Can he protect her? Will they have a chance at a happy future? Wonderful characters that you root for right from the start. The storyline has vivid locales, deep feelings, surprises, steamy moments and understanding as their backstories turn into a future. Loved the story and the series.

This was the perfect book for a lazy afternoon. With the right amount of heat, danger, passion and electric tension that pulls you in fast.

While Tess is hiding from her father, she is pretending to be Eve, taking care of the cabins. Wyoming loves to work, but even owning a company he has to follow the rules and is forced to take a vacation. Staying out in a cabin, his run in with Eve/ Tess has sparks from their first meeting.

Their story has heated passion and fun banter that pulls you in with each turn of the page. Tess's life takes a dangerous turn when she is found, and Wyoming show he is not who she thought she was on.

Wyoming Platt works for his brother, Joe, a golf pro, whose company develops and manufactures golf clubs. His brother is worried he works to much and makes him take two months off. He rents a cabin at a small campground in Steele Valley, across the lake from his brother.

Eve is the manager of the campground and is just looking to keep a low profile. Wyoming has made obvious he is more than interested but she cannot let him get too close. What he does not know she is hiding from something and she needs to stay hidden.

I loved this story, the pair were more alike then they knew in the beginning.

Wyoming is taking a summer break on the strict instruction of his brother, Joe, and no where better than in the home town of Steele Valley. Whilst visiting Joe and his family is enjoyable, he made plans to stay in a small camping cabin site. The caretaker discover, the lady whose tyre he changed on the road and she is hiding a lot more than who she is. The lake has mysterious powers and plays big part in the storytelling. Secrets and lies are kept hidden, until they're not and the truth comes out. Two workaholics, immersed in their own worlds collide and the big bang happens between them.

Zee has done it again!

Welcome back to Steele Valley where we get to know Joe's brother, Wyoming.

And let me say, I love him and am kind of jealous of Eve.

Eve, a woman with a past who is trying to run away from her past.

Who wants nothing to do with finding love just wants to live her life quietly.

I loved how Zee wrote each character and conflict.

And the Myster of Mysterious Waters? An amazing setting for this story.

Makes me want to find this lake.

An engaging story of a man who looks at everything based on scientific evidence until love changes his perspective. A young woman hiding her true self, tire changing p*rn, science research gone wrong or maybe right?, a “lake of mysterious waters”, sizzling “zings”, family, danger, tension, revelations, swoon-worthy dimples and desires. The author provides a wonderfully written romance escape. You can’t go wrong with a Zee book!.

Does the lake water have special attributes for lovers? Well, this lake seems to. Wyoming comes to Steel Valley for a sabbatical from work and comes across Eve who runs the campground. There is an attraction but the moment they get into the lake together they feel a zing from the water. They get closer until some one threatens Eve and Wyoming has to save her. They get their HEA. I highly recommend this book to all romance readers.

Steele Lake has it’s way of making things happen and each time they’re near each other they feel the magnetic pull and a zing when they touch. Something they can’t deny is happening, but will it survive when the secrets are revealed?

She is hiding out from her father who wants her to do bad things with her research. When she and Wyoming get to know each other, it is clear they are the right fit for each other. This was a great book, another of the Steele Valley billionaires finds love this time it’s Wyoming’s time. His brother forces him to take a vacation for the first time in a few years. He goes back to Steele Valley and unwinds at a cabin on the lake. He meets Eve who is working at the cabins keeping them cleaned. Wyoming gets the feeling that Eve is hiding something and we soon find out what her story is!

Eve/Tessa is hiding at a campground from her father so he can't steal her AI creation for evil when she meets Wyoming. He helps her fix her car tire and then ends up staying at the cottages that she manages. He is also into tech and they are a match made in heaven but can she trust him with her secrets? Great chemistry.

I love the banter between these two characters. Everything isn't as straightforward as it seems though, as Eve appears to have some secrets.

This ends with a HEA, which I love!

Magical lake.

I always enjoy stories that mix adventure/ suspense with the ups and downs of new relationships. Eve and Wyoming seem destined to connect at this unique lake. I loved their relationship building outings as well as the big reveal ending.

This small town love story is a good HEA with a touch of suspense. Eve is hiding from her father when Wyoming meets her. Even though she knows she shouldn't, she still falls for him. Only she has a huge secret which can destroy any relationship between them.

There nothing like a sexy nerd and Wyoming has it all going for him. He’s sexy, rich, loves his family, and cares about Eve to a fault. This was a really good story with him honestly falling first and her having bombshell secrets. The way he protects her makes my heart melt this was a great story with a wonderful HEA.

This is the first book that I have read from this series and I definitely want to go and read the rest of them. Hidden identities, a magical lake, super strong chemistry, and a supersized dish of karma made this book so fun to read.

What a perfect way to meet your intended. This book shows some families have some really bad characters in them, and you will be glad not to be a part of them. This gives you plenty of excitement, drama, and love. Zee never disappoints.

Good story
