Phoenix Rose, great series. Thank you for these torn relationships, becoming mended, unfortunately, some tragic things had to happen for everything to come full circle but it all came out. I wish Mad Man would have turned out differently, maybe Genesis and Max will be able to have some kind of relationship. It's such a good thing seeing Promise grow. I hope Darnell tells her truth, I hope one day Tuesday will come around.
I wish I had A story with more of Exudes in it. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

About the book! I hated Tuesday, she wasn’t a friend in my opinion. Some people will set you up for failure and claim it’s love. Also a lot of unanswered questions etc. a lot of bad guys who didn’t pay and a lot of pedos just humping on children. Unfortunately it’s an everyday occurrence in the hood surrounded by adults who firmly believe that protecting adults is more important than protecting children. And like this book, the reality is…. There is no happy ending.

Great Read
This was actually a really great series. However the editing was poor. The grammatical errors took away from thoroughly enjoying the story. Whew Lawd. Chanel fake ass got on my nerve's. She act like she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Knowing damn well it was a plastic spoon. Chanel came from the gutter. Genesis interest in Promise had Chanel hot. After all the year's Genesis been with Chanel. He saw her for who she really was. A gold digging hoe. Promise feelings were all over the place when she found out she was pregnant. I understand it was her body and decision but Promise thought's of an abortion was for her own selfish reasons and her timing of talking to Genesis about it was all wrong and selfish. Genesis was still dealing with the death of his father and then the death of his little sister Gianna. He snapped learning what Promise attempted to do. While dealing with that. Genesis learned the truth about Gianna death and was on a warpath. Uncle Oliver was a sneaky ass bastard, creep, and pedophile. He's secrets definitely came to light. True thought he was the smart and his plan was well thought out. I knew he wasn't going to make it. I love Tuesday as Promise best friend but at the end of the day True was Tuesday brother. I knew once the truth comes out and Promise father Mad Man found out. Karma was going to come for True but the way this ended. Tuesday didn't seem to care about all the dirt True did. Being that she wasn't there for Promise in the end.

Everybody deserves a better ending than this because of all the foolishness that took place in the first place her father shouldn’t have ended up back in jail because it could’ve been self defense or something true was there trying to kill people or did they forget about that part Tuesday was the smartest one out the crew and always called her brother out but he ends up dead cause of his own doings and she no longer wants to be friends and did I miss the part when Nell came clean about everything to her girls 🧐and the whole big brother afraid of the lil brother so I’m going to let him violate my kid story line ..please and how can he not tell who’s who did he blind fold him or something ..so what the daddy knew but the mom didn’t and he came back and did what take over or stay dead how did he feel about his wife and supposed best friend messing around for years ..to be some heavy hitters in the game like they claimed to be they sure was stupid dumb and slow

Whew child that damn Promise and Genesis took me on a roller coaster ride but I am glad they eventually got it together.
Genesis was a ticking time bomb and baby when he exploded it was crucial. Uncle Oliver and Tank got exactly what they both deserved in the end for all the foul s$&t they were doing. True was finally exposed for the snake he was and I was glad that Mad Man handled him. I felt sorry for what TQ did to Tuesday but then I was like fck her she ended her friendship with Promise because of what happened to her brother as if it was her fault.

Tuesday, I get you upset about your brother, but he was playing a dangerous game, and he put you in the middle of it. I am truly don't understand why you ended your friendship with Promise over what happened to your brother. Maximo is a coward for standing by and not protecting his son. I believe if he would have his daughter, would be alive.

What can I say
I wish Genesis found someone else. Promise act slow. She act like she 17 year old. B**** read the room. I'm on 12% of the book and she talking about not having the baby , after his sister died. Every book she is complaining. I like chanel , better than I like her. So far, it's good. I just wish he kicked her to the curb. She is irritating and doesn't have common sense.

I have unanswered questions about Mad-Man and Maximo with their last conversation. I can't wait for Exodus to fall in love. Poor Tuesday gotta stand on what she been saying about truth and what's right.

November 19, 2023This series was fire!!! The Armani family had a lot going on! Genesis had so much emotional stuff to deal with!!! What a monster Oliver was!!! At least karma was served as it should! I’m so glad Genesis and Promise worked things out!!! Too bad Promise’s dad had to go back to jail and her friend Tuesday turned against her, blaming her for True’s death! I understood Tuesday’s pain, but she turned out to be a hypocrite in the end! I look forward to reading more from this author!

Genesis and Promise were crazy vs stubborn, but love won out in the end.
A lot of the situations were confusing and left hanging:

Every character, and I mean every character had a flaw…
Maximo was a coward and Oliver was just sick in the head.

Bruh… who edited this? The fact that the lack of editing really disrupted my reading flow is why it’s only 3 stars. I enjoyed the storyline but it was just hard to get through. I priced that some things were repeated multiple times so I ended up skipping over some parts. Overall, it was a moderately decent read that could have been great if not for the nonexistent editing.
Bruh… who edited this? The fact that the lack of editing really disrupted my reading flow is why it’s only 3 stars. I enjoyed the storyline but it was just hard to get through. Oh my God! This is an amazing read. Promise is stubborn and thuggish as she wants to be, but will Genesis transform or love her to being the lady he knows she can be? There's so much deep-seated betrayal in this one series. It's definitely a page turner. Oh, gunplay? It has that, too. One click for this fast-paced finale.

Yasss honey, Miss Phoenixx Rose put her foot in this series. All the secrets and twists had me on edge, but I loved it! I just didn't like Promise until the last few pages lmbo... or Genesis🤣 it was definitely a page turner that I couldn't put down! I'd be lying if I said I didn't want some more!!

A true page turner!
I really enjoyed this series. Read all three books within 24 hours. This is a must read. A lot of up and down but worth the emotional rollercoaster. Spoiler

I loved your penmanship 100%. The story just glowed and you gave so much details. Now why I gave you a four was because I feel like the end at the Wearhouse was rushed. Anything after that was too rushed for me. I’m happy Promise got her happiness and Genesis found true love but I needed that in between.

Great Series!
Once got through the errors I was able to really enjoy this series. There were so many twists and deception going on it all had me on the edge of my seat reading this book. Even though Promise got on my last nerve, I’m glad she and Big G made it work.

Whole series good
I enjoyed this whole series. I couldn't stop reading it. Made me cracking up and some points, mad at others with the characters shady selves. All in all a wonderful series. Definitely check this series out you won't be disappointed.

Good story but the editing was horrible
There were a lot that Promise and Genesis went through but in the end true love prevailed and they both got the happily ever after they deserved

All of the twist and turns were good. I really hate gi gi had to die. I like how the book highlights how victims feels about SA and how the cops or don’t cope. The conversations have to be had. Great book!
