She was told she'll be called Alice. She was told he will meet her there. She wasn't told much else, but she knows it will be a singular experience she won't soon forget.
Wonderland. Where she will discover things about herself she both always knew and didn't believe existed.
Except it doesn't turn out to be a singular experience, as the call of Wonderland lures Alice back again and again, and her mysterious stranger shows her more and more hidden recesses of her fantasy self. Every time she sees him, he ups the ante and wants more of her, while keeping himself shrouded in mystery.
But soon, lines between fantasy and reality, home and Wonderland, begin to get blurred as two very real vulnerable people find themselves entrenched in each other more than they think they should be.
How far will Alice and her Dom go to prove themselves to each other?
After i left Alice and her Sir at Wonderland,i needed a moment. To digest,to evaluate my feelings,to find the words i wanted to use. In the end i gave up,because my feelings weren’t that easy to describe. Even so,i’m very happy i found this beauty on Apple Books. And very glad Lindsay Murray reminded me i had when she started reading West of Wonderland, the next story of the series.
We meet “Alice” as she’s introduced to the magic of Wonderland. When she goes to visit for the first time, not knowing what to expect. Not knowing who will be guiding her on her journey towards her deepest desires. And we follow her on that journey, see her striving to submit to her Sir’s demands. And feel her fears of failing, her struggle to trust that he knows what she needs. Her growing understanding of her need to please her Sir,simply because it makes her happy to please him.
We see a few glimpses of “Gabriel”,her Sir,and how he feels about the newbie sub. How she keeps surprising him with her willingness to learn. To strive to give him what he demands, simply because she wants to please her Sir. And how,to his shock,he finds he wants more of his Duckling. Even starts texting with her in “real life”. Until he makes a mistake with disastrous consequenses……and loses everything.
As first introductions to an author, this was a very good one,and i hope to be able to read more of her work. I was there, with Alice, every step of the way down the rabbithole. Felt what she did, encouraged her as she accepted herself in all of her submissive beauty. Hugged her when everything fell apart, and she lost the one person she’d grown to trust to keep her safe. I had a very strong urge to give Gabriel a kick to his behind for what he’d done. But,judging by his own emotions,he was already doing that himself….
I have read my fair share of BDSM stories and enjoyed them very much. But something about Wonder Land made it so much more...intriguing, I guess it would be the word to describe. Maybe it's the element of Alice and her Sir, maybe it's just the thought of only being outside of their room at Winder Land one time that made it that much more...who knows. But to have a book where he really doesn't want her as much as he does; it's just almost perfection.
The focus of this book is completely on the developing sexual and emotional relationship between BDSM newbie ‘Alice’ and Gabriel, the Dom she is matched with at a club called Wonderland. The first chapter describes their first meeting, and each subsequent chapter includes some of her experiences in the real world between the last meeting and the one that is the focus of the chapter, followed by the account of the next meeting. The first four chapters are like short stories. The last two are novellas, with multiple short chapters. Most of the book is from Alice’s perspective, but in the final section, there are two chapters and an epilogue from Gabriel’s. The prose is polished, the encounters are electrifyingly sexy, and there is an HEA at the end. Followed by some bonus content - scenes that were cut from the book. I could have read this book in a single sitting, but I enjoyed it so much, I forced myself to savor it, and only read one story a day. I would love to read more by this author, but so far, this is all she has published. I don’t have personal experience of BDSM, but this book seemed to me to present a very believable, seemingly realistic description of one woman’s experience in accepting herself as a submissive, finding what she likes and learning what her limits are. I really can’t recommend this book highly enough.
Alexis Ray’s ‘Wonder Land’ is a collection of 5 short stories and a novella that follows Alice as she becomes immersed in a submissive relationship with Sir. These stories are explicitly detailed with the physical, sexual, and emotional responses that her Dom evokes. Trust, honesty, and respect is paramount in any relationship and Alice learns how important these elements are in BDSM. She discovers herself: her inner desires, her inhibitions exposed and explored, and how to ‘let go’ of her control.
Alexis presents an intensely beautiful, raw, and emotional D/s relationship from both character’s perspective. Alice and Gabriel become so connected to each other that their scenes are beyond anything they expected. He’s experienced and was initially resigned to a uninspired scene but she surprised, intrigued, and inspired him. I loved their journey: their euphoria, their struggles, and their commitment!.

This was my first book from Alexis Rey and I really enjoyed it.
This is a series of 6 short stories about Alice and her experience with BDSM , her Dom Gabriel is matched with her and wow!!! Their play sessions are something else, each and every one does not disappoint, every time Alice goes she's transported into the wonderland that is BDSM and her dynamic with Gabriel. Each visit to him is a different experience every time while also helping her expand her knowledge of kink and BDSM. This was a fantastic read and it's definitely an author I'll be reading more of for sure as they have definitely done their research into BDSM and fetish.
This is the first book that I have read from this author and honestly it did not disappoint.
When you read this series of books you are transported to another world. I love reading about BSDM. It is something that holds a fascination for me and I love the way Alexis Rey writes about it.
Her characters are real, their chemistry is palatable, their stories grab on and hold you from start to finish.
Awesome series. Captivated the reader & kept me turning pages. Highly recommended for the BDSM community and those deciding to dabble in the art of BDSM.

The Wonderland Chronicles totally sucked me in right from the very beginning. Alice gets to experience BDSM and while she is very green to all that it involves she is very much willing, especially when she is matched with Gabriel as her Dom. I loved how each visit was a new experience all while expanding on what she’s already learned. Such a great read!!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Wonder Land. This book kept me riveted from start to finish. I couldn’t get enough of dominant Gabriel and his submissive Alice. Their interactions are compelling and thrilling. The intense connection they share is red hot and their “scenes” are imaginative and intense. This book is well written and really explores the BDSM lifestyle. I love the main characters and wanted the best for them. Wonder Land is a must read. Highly recommended
First time reading anything by this author and found I liked this one a lot. Alice has joined a BDSM club. When she is initially paired with her Dom, she has a lot to learn. Very slow burn...if you can call it such a thing as Alice is introduced into the world of BDSM. Each story builds with more and more heat, trust, and bonding between the two that culminates into a wonderful love story.
Wholly satisfying, delicious trip down the rabbit hole...

She was told she'll be called Alice. She was told her "Sir" will meet her there. Wonderland. Where she will discover things about herself she both always knew and didn't believe existed.

What a fantastic read! Author Alexis Rey has written an emotionally gripping collection of short stories and novellas chronicling newbie Alice's submissive adventures in Wonderland, taking the reader along for the ride as Alice learns to let go of her inhibitions, embrace and explore her deepest desires, relinquish control, and place her entire trust in her infinitely more experienced Sir.
At the same time, we get treated to the perspective of a Dom who has seen and done it all before, but becomes intrigued and inspired by Alice's eagerness and determination to become the perfect sub. A connection develops beyond the transactional nature of the D/s dynamic and blooms into something more intense and lasting. The question asked and answered: how far is too far for Alice?
Rey's detailed and nuanced depiction of the D/s dynamic is masterful. I so wholly identified with Alice throughout her progression down the rabbit hole of Sir's delicious punishments and delicate ministrations that at one critical point, I had to put the book down so that I could collect myself and regain my composure before continuing.
Rey also writes honestly about the pitfalls and realities involved with scening, touching on jealousy, frenzy, drop, mistakes made and the need for aftercare.*
Rey's debut is a beautiful and raw exploration of the D/s dynamic, one that I will revisit regularly. Her novella, West of Wonderland, is also available and I look forward to reading more about this world and the characters in it. Add these to your TBR list.
This is Alice's journey of self discovery in Wonderland a BDSM club with her submission. When Alice arrives at Wonderland she meets Gabriel a house Dom and the two of them set off on a true BDSM journey as Alice is looking to explore her sexuality. This boxset is a collection of short and steamy novellas that follow Gabriel and Alice's journey into the BDSM realm. All of the stories are conveniently located in this boxset to enhance our reading experience and make it more enjoyable. I would recommend reading this steamy boxset.

This was the journey of Alice and Gabriel. I enjoyed following the development from Alice's introduction to Wonder Land and submission, through the many steamy scenes, and onto the realization of true feelings. There were moments a bit more than I expected, but my heart hurt as things got very out of control. I fell for this couple despite all the issues between them.
I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
Alice visits a club called Wonderland where she is partnered with Gabriel a dom. Alice is on a sexual discovery and learns a lot about herself and true submission. Each segment she explores a different kink or element of BDSM. This relationship between Alice and Gabriel changes him too and suddenly they are very connected and not just during their scenes. A very spicy, interesting read.
This was just what I needed after a heartbreaking read ......We meet Alice on her journey in Wonderland as a sub to her dom Gabriel......the whole set of books are pure sex, though it's nice to see the way he brings her to the heights of her acceptance and pleasure and also makes discoveries of himself 🦯💎➰🍆
I got Plush on stuff your kindle day, and started reading yesterday. I was hooked after the first page and when I finished it, I had to buy the whole bundle! I finished it all in a day and I still want more! Sir and Alice’s relationship and dynamic is chefs kiss and the spice is top tier.
I read this series and really enjoyed it. Each book is not too long and its full of spice. If new to BDSM, this is a great starter. I love the mystery of the MMC. You don't find out his name until later and that makes it more enjoyable.
These novellas are so spicy and amazing. We follow the same couple throughout this journey and we get to be inside the brain of Alice which is a trip all on its own. Jute will really tear at your heartstrings but it's so fun to watch their growth throughout and how it all ends up.
I thought the first couple chapters were really weird, honestly. The sex was odd. BUT, the relationship that developed between Alice and Gabriel was really sweet.
Holy smokes! This box set was hotter than sin! I am happy I got this set when it was complete because the novellas had my wanting more.
I love how each of the smaller books really built on BDSM and the lifestyle. I love that you see the bond between our submissive Alice and her broody new Dom!
This relationship built into something beautiful and I loved being able to be there every step of the way!
Wow oh wow oh wow! Beautiful, passionate and hot story. Sir and Alice will drive you crazy with need. The two of them are perfect together. I read this in a weekend and even though I am I am still craving more. I can’t wait to read West’s story now.
“The footsteps stopped, and a husky voice said, ‘Waiting for your Dominant, sitting on the sofa with your legs crossed?” He came around to face me. “This just won’t do.’”
Even halfway through Wonder Land I wasn’t sure it would be a romance, so much as a series of intense encounters in a closed room in a sex club.
“Are we starting?” “We started as soon as you thought about tonight, about me, even though you didn’t know me. We started as soon as you knew you wanted to be in front of a man telling you what he wanted from you and to do exactly what he said because even then, I was already in your mind, taking over your thoughts.”
Our Alice has sought out Wonderland, a kink/matchmaker club, and asked to be trained to be a submissive. She’s a feminist and a doctor in an emergency ward but knows she needs a dominant in her sex life.
“In a voice so low I had to stay perfectly still to hear it, he told me, ‘I know you’re scared, sweetheart. You don’t need to be. If you’re a good girl, and I can already see you are, nothing you don’t want will happen here. I realize it’ll take time, but you need to trust me. Will you try to trust me?’ I nodded. ‘Take a deep breath.’”
Their interactions have a dreamlike quality that I sometimes see in other BDSM stories. For much of the book we meet no one else except for an anonymous woman at the reception desk, which adds to the sense of otherworldliness. The beginning chapters are (kink) scene after scene in the same closed room as they start to know each other and their limits.
“I love the sight of genuine tears.”
“Sir” is a sadist with a predilection for impact play and mindfuckery.
“You did the right thing. You should never be afraid to use a safe word. You did good. It’s a skill that takes time for some submissives to learn.” “Thank you.” “No one should be feeling panic.”
And so we see trust building, even from the first scene.
The barriers between them start falling, too. Sir begins to send her quotes from “Alice in Wonderland:” “Alice says, ‘I shan’t take any more,’ and Mad Hatter says, ‘You mean you shan’t take any less.’”
It’s so good.
I’ll assume you like to read well-written kink, and say that I highly recommend The Wonderland Chronicles. The story of Alice and Gabriel will be a great addition to your library.
