This book grabbed my heart out of my chest, threw it on the ground, stomped on it and then set it on fire. And it was a beautiful experience.
Eli and Chris were the epitome of heavy cloud-sunshine, they come from such different circumstances and life path yet they fit together so perfectly. What I liked most of the way the character were crafted is that all of them feel extremely real and flawed, yet you still root for them and hope they get their happy ending ( and what happy ending these two got!).
When Eli and Chris , two lost souls with very different backgrounds, meet, their attraction is instantaneous. But they must both learn to nurture and fight for their new found love, or risk losing it all. I enjoyed being back with Kitty Bardot's Burlesque family, and was rooting for Eli and Chris , the two newest members.
