Golm
An on the edge teen, name Herridan, frequently runs away from his foster parents and enjoys criminal activity. However, a snowboarding crash sends him into a coma and has a strange dream. When he wakes suddenly, he is shocked to feel that he has grown a tail. Convinced it means something and not wishing to see his foster parents again, Herridan runs away once again. But after a series of events, he winds up finding a portal to another world, one where magic and swords are a way of life. So when Herridan learns tailed people are the scum of Golm (the land he found) he gets upset. When he learns his swordsmenship is perfect, he finds promise. But when the Emperor Runar learns of an apocalyptic power that can destroy both worlds, he learns what he must do. Follow Herridan, the youth who is lost about his past and his race. But nothing could ever prepare him for the significance he has always had and what role he'll have to play in Golm's final chapter.
