Start with identifying your preferred learning style, use strategies in the classroom and while studying that work best for your style, personality, and life circumstances, take advantage of all the resources your school has to offer, get help when you need it, set realistic goals and find ways of managing or reducing stress -- all pretty basic advice, but organized and presented in a useful way, along with the means to determine learning style, and a wide array of tools and strategies one can use to maximize the effectiveness of study time.
