too many different viewpoints - cliffhanger
Too many different viewpoints very scattered - ends on a cliffhanger as well.
Brutal shifter story with cannibalism as well.
That stuff being said. It is written well and was interesting and I liked the characters but story didn’t flow well for me and won’t be continuing it.

This book is an absolute rollercoaster of emotions! As a long-time fan of this author, I had high expectations and let me tell you, she exceeded them all. The writing is top-notch and from the very first page, I was completely engrossed. It's a perfect blend of romance, suspense, and unexpected twists that kept me on the edge of my seat. And those love scenes? Whew, let's just say they left me feeling hot under the collar. But beware, this book also has some intense fight scenes that may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, I loved every single page and cannot wait for the next one in this series. Don't wait any longer, go grab this book ASAP!

Met Lauren Dawes and bought this book at Supanova in Sydney on the weekend. Finished the book I was reading and thought I’d start this one. I couldn’t put it down! Loved the book and I absolutely cannot wait until the next one!
