About the author

Sharyn Haddad Vicente grew up in New England. She was raised by her parents in the smallest state in the country, Rhode Island, with her sister, and brother. She still resides In New England today with her husband of 36 years, her daughter, and her son.

She attended Rhode Island College where she received a degree in psychology. She then went on to the University of Rhode Island to earn a degree in adult education. She works at the Community College of Rhode Island where she is employed in both the Psychology and English departments.

Sharyn’s love of storytelling goes back to when she was a young girl. She has always had a penchant for psychological thrillers. She loves how the power of a good thrill can encourage the mind.

Book 2 in the Paige Vale series and yet again she has knocked it out of the park! I read this book in 2 days and again could not put it down. This one is even more spine chilling than the first. A crazed killer who believes he is a descendant of the Vikings and who thinks that making sacrifices to them will make him and his cult worthy. Many sadistic events happen in this book and The Viking lore and Norse mythology in this book are outstanding. This book shows you that there are many twisted and sick people in this world from being raised by monsters he turned into one himself. Again, 5 out of 5 stars from me this book had me on the edge of my seat every page. I cannot wait to read even more books from this author. If you have not read Love Me or Obey Me by Sharyn Haddad Vicente you are missing out!! Check her out!
