This is the 3rd book of his I have read. It is a book of nanodot, hundreds f them from people that have used the water cure. I started this several years ago but didn't follow through. I have started again to attempt to rid myself of nerve damage as the result of shingles 3 years ago. Will see how this works, since nothing the doctors prescribed has made a difference.

معلومات قيمة جداً وتوضح كمية وكيفية شرب الماء كأساس للصحة
جمل من الكتاب استرعت انتباهي
- It is critical that the right water and the right kind of salt is used. The water needs to be chlorine free, preferably natural pure water. Note that even filtered water, if it was once chlorinated, has a signature or cellular memory of the chlorine. Optimal water is naturally pure water from a well or spring and stored in glass, not plastic.
- The right salt is also essential. The best salt needs to be unprocessed sea salt or unprocessed mined salt. The three kinds of salt that work best are Celtic Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan salt and Real Salt.
- The pink salt vibrates at the same atomic resonance that the human bodies cells do. In my personal experience, the Celtic Sea Salt works best for internal use and the pink salt works best for salt baths. How it works for each of us may be different.
- Daily drink an amount of water that equals half your body weight in ounces. So if you were 200 pounds, you would drink 100 ounces of water daily. This amount will be divided into 5 or 6 and that is your individual dose. If you are perspiring, exercising, working hard, or experiencing excessive mouth breathing, you will need to increase your water intake.
- for every 16 ounces of water, take 1/8th teaspoon of unprocessed sea salt, dissolved in the mouth. When the water cure does not work, it is often because of dissolving the salt in the water and not in the mouth. This is essential, the salt needs to be dissolved in the mouth. Only in your mouth will it be able to be quickly absorbed into your blood and attract the water into your cells.
- Drink your appropriate amount of water within 20 min of awaking in the morning. For best results, eat within 35-45 minutes.
- Drink 2 hours after eating.
- Drink 45 min before lunch.
- Drink 2 hours after lunch.
- Drink 45 min before supper.
- Drink 2 hours after supper.
- Drink before bed time.
- Drink 30 minutes before sleep.
- 1/8th teaspoon of salt for each 16 ounces you drink.

I started the book and felt I had to get through it. Everyone has a story and not every story was the same but it was beginning to feel that way. I understand what Dr. Batmanghelidj intentions were on compiling all these letters sent to him from people who have tried the water cure. I really do believe water is an essential part of the human body therefore we must consume what our body needs. If it means it cures certain ailments, even better, because water is "free" and prescribed drugs are not. I honestly believe the pharmaceutical industry is raping us of our health and something needs to be done. Luckily, I'm a healthy person and don't suffer from certain ailments as those followers in this book but I do want to read "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" for the knowledge if anything, who knows one day I may need it.

This is a great book about the necessity of proper Hydration, but not as relevant given today's science about proper Nutrition and other variables regarding health. The best hydration practices in the world cannot undo a bad diet of ultra processed food and other aspects of the Standard American Diet.

I try anything and everything for a period of time to try to help me have less migraines. This book was fascinating from all the case studies provided, so I will start trying to drink 90 oz of water a day with salt added every 4-5 glasses and see where it takes me...besides the bathroom1 :)

My favorite non fiction about water, this book includes case studies and letters of those whose health has been significantly improved by increasing their water intake. Quit soda, drink water!
