A Breath of Fresh Air
I’ve read many leadership and personal development books. Matt Poepsel has created a beautiful blend of the two to create what he calls Enlightened Leadership. His book is well researched, relevant and needed for what leaders need today. Leaders at all levels of the organization.
There is an abundance of assessments that don’t just make this a read, it’s also a do. The assessments help break down bite size challenges leaders can work on at a personal, team and even organizational level. Matt even rounds the book out with his formula of success.

Matt's long-awaited, Expand the Circle gives a holistic framework on how leaders can tune in and create an impact in their own careers, teams, organizations, and wider communities. Matt perfectly captures his masterful blend of research and humor in this digestible read. I especially love the assessment and resources he made available for readers. It has allowed me deeper expansion in my own work and with others!
