A rather rushed resolution to a storyline that showed a little more promise than the outcome permitted. Despite the minor flaws, it takes the core dynamics to a new level, keeping the direction of this run interesting and fresh.

that seemed weirdly easy and I feel like Im missing a page for as to how exactly he got himself uninfected unless its what I think it was. Just being near a better power source.
It is what it is. This was the weaker issue IMO. Im still looking forward to see whats going on and whats with this Lex /Superman team up which we all know is nothing but trouble. But I do think that Lex would want to keep control and anyone threatening that is a problem for him. Just like I am wondering what is happening to and with poor Bizarro. So theres a lot going on here and Im ready for the next issue already.

Luego de que Superman acudiera por fin a la celda donde estaba Luthor, lo ayuda a escapar y de paso se lleva a Livewire con ellos. Todo esto, porque le hombre del mañana había sido infectado con los virus de Parásito.

Livewire era la fuente perfecta de poder para atraer a todos los clones de Parásito hasta Supercorp. Incluso, el propio Rudy, el Parásito original, acudió al llamado. Intentó drenar el poder de Superman, pero terminó siendo derrotado por el equipo, incluidos en este Superman, Mercy y Luthor.

Una resolución de primer arco apresurada pero necesaria. Sí que es una pena descartar una trama y nivel de amenaza como el logrado con este Parasito para la primera aventura de presentación de la nueva era de la cabecera. Pero Joshua Williamson alcanza un nivel de escritura que puede augurar una gran etapa, rematando de asentar la nueva relación de Superman y Lex Luthor y la recién nombrada Supercorp. El dibujo de Jamal Campbell es una gozada, alcanzando un gran punto de frescura con trazas clásicas que seguro que puede ser el reclamo principal para leer estos números.

dont really understand how superman was cured - livewire acted as like a massive energy source that all the parasites in his body then went towards ? ??? so they forced themselves out of his stomach?? i dont get the concept of the parasites either bcz they eat ppl but its not like superman ate them to become transformed. so how were they like stored in his stomach. and then like no recovery time needed and no explanation .. i had to reread the portion like three times

The whole Parasite dilemma resolved itself too easily than I would've liked, but this little three issue arc definitely did its job in terms of hooking me back into Superman. Supes and Lex's dynamic looks like it's going to be a big focal point for this series, and this Secret Order of Mad Scientists look like some very interesting antagonists moving forward.

Issue 3 concludes the first arc of this story and brings a few things into focus. One question I have to Superman fans, is Livewire basically a different version of Harley Quinn? 

The art by Jamal Campbell is still a highlight of this series, and so far I'm enjoying it very much. This title might bake me a Superman fan for the first time in my life.

That cover is SO good.
I like the story a lot, the art is cool, the writing is good. The resolution to parasite's conflict felt a bit rushed, afkerig I do see it was only a catalyst for Superman and Lex teaming up.

Lois and Superman are too cute.
Also, now I kinda wanna draw Livewire as supergirl xD

A decent third issue to tie up the first arc. I think overall Williamson writes a joyful and star in the sky type supes, and I do like that, but not super interested in the Lex saying he'll be good but not scam. It's too obvious. But the art is great and that's a nice plus.

Great issue

Parasite is stopped.
Lex Luthor and Livewire are back in prison.
But this is not an issue to eat food with.
The artwork was awesome and the writing was great.
