Very cool overview of cloud/precipitation/temperature systems, natural disasters, weather forecasting and global warming. Even in 1996 when this was published, scientists were ringing very clear alarm bells about climate change/global warming. Also discusses how many weather scientists had given up on being able to develop highly accurate/long term weather forecasting models as a result of chaos theory, would love to read more about what progress has been made on this since then.
