Adventures Without Clothes: An Anthology of the Best Naturist Adventure Stories

Rate this book
Write a short story for a collection called Adventures Without Clothes - 20 people rose to the challenge! The guidelines were as “Your story can be set anywhere in this world or any other you wish to create. Some of the people on this adventure must be without clothing for all or part of the undertaking. You should seek to include some elements of either quest, journey or rescue and some physical risk or danger for your protagonists. Gender or species of your protagonists are not specified but your narrative should reflect the values of naturism/nudism.”
In this anthology we celebrate acts of bravery and derring-do, real and imagined, encompassing many kinds of experiences. The stories gathered here show collectively that nudity can be a state of vulnerability, but also, and just as importantly, a state of strength.

Slip into something comfortable and enjoy!

Adventures Without Clothes is the fourth anthology created by an evolving group of people to raise funds for Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF).

I was born in London in 1956 and lived most of my life in the south of England, now I live in the sunny South of France.

For three fun-filled summers I ran a holiday resort for naturists in Portugal. Then I discovered what I really wanted to do., and retired.
After spending two years searching Ted and Mrs Bun found L’Olivette, our little paradise in the South of France.

Teachers always tell you to write about things you know about. So, that is what I did!

During the long evenings of the darker season, a series of novellas and short stories started to take shape, one letter at a time

The first book in the Rags to Riches series, in which the central characters first meet and the romance starts, “The Uncovered Policeman” was published on Valentine’s Day 2016.

Since then, I have got a little carried away!

A series of short stories based on adventure/naturist themes inevitably results in a mixed bag. A few of these were entertaining, some less so - primarily because of poor writing style or genres that I’m less interested in.

I'm very glad that my naturist 'persona´, P.Z. Walker, was able to deliver a story to this amazing collection.

I just finished reading the e-book (yes, I skipped my own - I already know how that ends), and the number of adventures possible, without clothes, is fantastic. From space, through fantasy and crime, to a new start in life, every adventure spoke to me.

Dive in. Read and enjoy the journeys of each hero (m/f/x) in the story. (And give naturism a try if you feel like it ;-)

I sincerely enjoyed this book of varied and engaging adventures, all of which included a look into the world of people who prefer life without clothing. I confess to being a contributor. I wrote the story called "The Kelpie." But this book contains a wide variety of stories from fantasy to science fiction, from a slice of life to adventurers escaping a dinosaur menace. And it offers a bit of good advertisement for the clothes-free life.
