About the author

Ara Grigorian is the international award-winning author of GAME OF LOVE, his debut novel. He is a technology executive in the entertainment industry. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from University of Southern California where he specialized in marketing and entrepreneurship. True to the Hollywood life, Ara wrote for a children's television pilot that could have made him rich (but didn't) and nearly sold a video game to a major publisher (who closed shop days later). Fascinated by the human species, Ara writes about choices, relationships, and second chances. Always a sucker for a hopeful ending, he writes contemporary romance stories targeted to adult and new adult readers.

Ara is committed to helping writers tell better stories. He is the co-founder of the popular Novel Intensive seminar. Also, he is a workshop leader for the Writer's Digest Novel Writing Conference, the Santa Barbara Writers Conference, and the Southern California Writers' Conference (both Irvine, CA and San Diego, CA). Ara is an active member of the Romance Writers of America and its Los Angeles chapter.

Picking up from where Reunion at Fortunay Bay left off, Cat is faced with a shock when the Rocas come for her son. They intend to raise him after their son died in an accident. Leo is finally standing by her side, but Cat still doesn't know if she can trust him not to leave her again. He'd already left her, abandoned her after he'd pledged his love about ten years ago. How could she trust that he's a changed man, but she needs his help to get Chicho back from his grandmother, so she's willing to take a chance. There are a number of storylines that are still being addressed and they all seem to be tied to the Roca's empire. The entire town is under their thumb and Cat and Leo don't know who can be trusted. Who's behind the fire, the theft, the lack of cooperation that they get from the townspeople? It has to be Cat's former in-laws, but she needs the documents and witness statements to prove her suspicions. I loved the first book, but in this sequel, there was a little something missing. It was lacking the same amount of detail and development of the plot and characters. I want to know more about what turned Chicho into a shell of his former self, and I need to see the Rocas get their comeuppance! In his notes, the author said this was intended to be a trilogy and I'm all in for that! I think there's a lot more to be told of this story.

Book one of this duet was the warm up act as with this one it is all go not only with emotions ranging from loss, anger but hopelessness, then we have the secrets not only that Leo's dad was keeping but also Cat and the evil that has infiltrated most of Fortuny Bay. I absolutely loved how a few came together to help Cat in book one and her group keeps growing as thing continue to escalate and the danger they find themselves in has you stressing and hoping the group have all scenarios covered. There are some heart breaking and devastating secrets that will come out and you continue to hope not only will Cat let Leo in but he will finally work out his priorities need to change.
I truly hope we get more of Fortuny Bay as Van and Anna totally need a story!!!!.

Cat is struggling to find a way to get her son back from her former in-laws. Leo is back in town to settle some family things. Leo and Cat end up working with each other on their separate problems. However, neither was prepared for how close this would be them to each other. Will she get her son back? Can Leo see that Cat is perfect for him?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

I enjoyed this second chance romance. Cat and Leo are thrown together when she inherits Leo's old home. Their feelings are reignited, but Cat must be careful so that she can get her son back from her scheming in-laws. This is an easy read that had me cheering for Cat and Leo. I loved it when the secrets were revealed and solved everyone's problems. I would recommend it to readers who love romance with happily ever after. This is a great continuation and conclusion of this story. This has intrigue, lies and manipulation. Chicho is Catalina or Cat for short world. This is the final book in the duet and ends on a happy note for all. Catalina and Leo have taken us on quite an emotional journey in this series and it's comforting to have them find happiness together. The story line is engaging and the characters have amazing chemistry. I read a free arc via Bad Boy Updates and voluntarily chose to review it.

Leo wants to help, he has plenty of resources but Cat needs to do it her way, and Leo abandoned her once already. Can she depend on him this time around?

Holy moly! This action and drama pick right up where the first book left off. Cat has temporarily lost custody of he son, but Leo is determined to help her get him back. This is packed with so much intrigue, twists and turns, secrets exposed and a love that is found in all the turmoil. Fabulous end to this duet! I received this ARC from Bad Boy Updates.

Loved this book. Catalina thought she lost everything when her son was taken but she will do anything to fight for him, Leo trys to help her anyway he can but while also trying to figure out what's going on in this town. Can they get to the bottom of it and get her son back before it's to late?

Wow, didn't see that coming

Great read! The first book was a cliffhanger for sure, I had to read the 2nd book right away! Kept you thinking and pulled on the heartstrings a bit. The mystery was great, I didn't see that coming!
