Me hizo acordar a Jazz For Two en que me introdujo a una nueva canción de música clásica que me gustó mucho <3 (Liebestraum, for all of those wondering).
1 Wolf in the House 1 o モーメンタム 1 Momentum #1 , però en aquest cas només s'encarrega de les il·lustracions i es nota.
There isn’t anything particularly special about this story but I found it beautiful. Just the slice of life vibes and the development of Shim Cheong-soon (MC) and Hyeon Gonghyeon’s (ML) friendship and relationship. They spent a brief moment in time in each other’s lives but those 3 months left an imprint on SCS. Was it love? The mundanity of spending an hour a day with each other, eating meals together and learning the piano, breathing in the same space and being their true selves. I thought that HGH might have fallen for SCS first. After all, he was the one initiating their daily meet ups, but neither of them were ready at the time. They were the right people at the wrong place and time.
Other than that, I liked that the story was told from SCS’s perspective. Due to his upbringing, his first instinct was to protect himself but he couldn’t with HGH. With HGH, he thought he could want for more. The pining and yearning was immaculate. And the time skip! Now the characters are in their early 30s so it’s not like old man yaoi but I do like a story with more mature characters. They’ve changed and grown up but the feelings from a decade ago are still buried somewhere deep inside. I’m excited to read how their relationship will develop from here on out.
I absolutely adored this series! Which is too be expected since it's the same creator as Wolf in the House. Beautiful art. Tragic lonely lovely muffins who fall back in love. Inject it into my veins!!
This rating basically applies to all the volumes, since I pretty much finished them in one go. It was a nice read if you're in the mood for a slow, slice-of-life manhwa.
it's pure perfection. just. perfection. i finished it in two days and i'm thinking about it literally all the time. the art style, the sadness, the story, the characters. just go and read it.
