It wasn't up to my expectations as it was more insights into what people were going through in their personal health journey. I was expecting more inputs on methods to use my mind to promote healing and wellness.

It was a good book. It just didn't help me very much.

I think my rating this book at three stars has to do with the extremely stressful events I have been struggling through these past three months.

The book was okay. I didn’t enjoy it as much as other Chicken Soup books.

The stories are a bit cliché. Love the scientific note on cognitive behaviour though. Applies to daily life.
