I purchased this workbook to help with spelling, rather than vocabulary or handwriting. And for that I found it very helpful. I grouped the categories into spelling lists and practiced, then recorded myself calling out the words in English.
It's just one of the many ways I've extended my Korean learning, as its such a complex language. Could I have simply created spelling lists from a dictionary? Of course! But this made it much easier, especially the large font on my older eyes.
On its own, I don't think this workbook is sufficient for learning Korean vocabulary or practicing hangeul.
