Good book on the burnout crisis. It brings to light the issues that plagues the healthcare field. The solutions are wide and many but the author only mentions ones an individual can handle.
A of introspection and changes of mindset is needed to overcome burnout. I will try to change my mindset when it comes to medicine.
I really liked it, if you are a physician or know one, you need to read this, recognizing the problem and thinking through ideas to help is empowering.
