Young Outlaws MC Vice President Gabriel Parish, otherwise known as Stone, doesn’t do romantic relationships—especially when it could put a target on anyone that’s his. Being the VP of The Young Outlaws MC, Nevada, means his responsibilities keep him close to home. Until a family tragedy strikes, leaving Stone to manage not only his responsibilities to his club but a new responsibility toward his three-year-old niece. With no alternative, he’s forced to hire a live-in nanny. However, the arrival of Oriana, the young, intelligent university graduate, brings temptations he finds hard to ignore. When a second incident leaves Oriana injured and Sasha missing, Stone is forced to ask questions. Could both car accidents be a coincidence or a targeted attack against the club? One thing is clear through all the mayhem and madness; Stone can no longer ignore his growing feelings toward Oriana. Once the club get news that at least one of the accidents was an act of revenge, Stone and his Young Outlaws brothers vow to seek their retribution.
This book is a MC romantic suspense, love story containing dark elements. STONE is the first book of the new spin off series of the YOMC Florida trilogy. You do not have to have read the Florida series to enjoy the Nevada series.
Really good book! I enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next book. Hoping it’s Smoke’s story! I’m giving four stars bc although it was good, the ending was feeling a little rushed. I felt like there should’ve been a little more to it. I can’t say much without giving away the ending but it’s still a great book!
If you want a book what will draw you in immediately and have you hooked until the very end, then Stone is the book for you. It's fast paced and full of action. Stone is the perfect bad boy biker, while Oriana shines brightly in her role as a nanny. Even though Stone is a biker, he's also an amazing uncle who will do whatever he can for Sasha. This book is well written and flows nicely. I really enjoyed reading it.
Stone is the first book I’ve read by T.L Wainwright. I really enjoyed it, from the beginning I was hooked and couldn’t put it down. It was fast paced, had a decent amount of action, and kept you interested. The only thing, I would’ve liked to have seen more romance in it. It was a bit before Oriana was introduced in the story, and then it wasn’t until almost the very end before her and Stone got together. It kinda ends on a soft cliffhanger that picks up in the next book with Smoke’s story. Which I’m definitely going to be reading!
TL Wainwright does it again and brings us another fast paced MC read! Still with the YOMC but now we are in Nevada with our President Smoke and VP Stone. Finding himself lost and dragging himself through life Stone finds himself a home with his MC family and especially with bestfriend Smoke by his side. But one phonecall threatens to take that all away and change his life forever.. but will this be for the better or worse? Oriana is the girl next door who is straight laced, fun and looking to move onto the next chapter of her life with a new job. Just how will she cope with a brooding, alpha hotheaded biker? The star of the story is littel Sasha who will make you smile at every step. Loved loved loved this book!
Stone is a dark and gritty MC. It had an interesting take on Stone's brother and sister in law being killed and him becoming Guardian to their daughter. The club clearly has demons and enemies lurking and nothing is ever straight forward where an MC is involved. I look forward to reading book 2, which you definitely will have to do since a lot of answers are still unanswered in book 1.
An addictive read, Ms Wainwright's story encompasses everything I love in a book: emotion, passion, grit, and characters that penetrate my soul and remain there. Stone, the Vice President of the Young Outlaws of Nevada, is everything alpha, but he also has a tender side. He and his niece, Sasha, have a beautiful relationship, and I loved the dynamics when Oriana becomes Sasha's nanny. Stone and Oriana's chemistry is off-the-charts hot, and she is the perfect match for Stone! I can’t wait to read more about the Nevada YOMC.
I liked this story. Stone…yum. He is the perfect bad boy biker who shows such heart when his life is thrown a huge curve ball. Oriana shines brightly in her role as nanny.
Our couple has experienced such loss individually but when they come together to make a better life for the most precious three year old, we’ll I am a ball of emotion. They heat up the page which has me fanning myself.
The end is a perfect tease for the next book and couple in this series. Eek. I can’t wait.
Fantastic read. I absolutely loved Stone and Oriana’s story ❤️❤️❤️ they were destined to be a couple. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the mystery of the last few lines and can’t wait to see how that plays out. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stone is the first book I’ve read by T.L Wainwright. I really enjoyed it, from the beginning I was hooked and couldn’t put it down. Stone's life changes overnight when he becomes the guardian to his beloved, three-year-old niece Sasha. This biker is now watching cartoons and making snacks. Yet, his club still needs him now. Therefore, they need a nanny that will work with this hot biker enter fiesty Oriana. Wainwright writes a suspense nanny with a biker twist. My first time reading Wainwright, I like her development of the characters and her showing their true personalities.
Smoke, president of the Nevada MC club and good friends with Stone
Stone receives some tragic news, which, with the help of Smoke soon learns that he needs to ‘grow up now’ and to take charge……insert Oriana (Orieo) to help
And the Irish trying to get one up on the club…..loved the sniper scenes 😜
This book was amazing and an absolute must read!!!!
Stone is the first book in T.L. Wainwrights new series Young Outlaws - Nevada. This MC chapter is based in Reno and has links to her previous series Florida Young Outlaws MC. I haven’t read this author in a few years so was interested to see how her writing had progressed. The story starts by introducing the reader to all the members of the MC and setting the scene about their ongoing problems with the Death Valley Irish. Then when tragedy strikes, their VP Gabriel Parish aka Stone, is left needing a live-in nanny after fighting for custody for his three year old niece and Oriana ‘Orio’ Lee applies for the job.
Stone has endured a lot in his life and now he is life is turned upside down again. His top priority now is Sasha and he just wants her to be happy and well taken care of. Guilt is eating away at him so he has an overpowering need to protect and care for Sasha. He doesn't trust anyone and is struggling to find a balance between his duty to the club and his responsibility to Sasha. Smoke, the MC president and his best friend, supports him in his search and they choose Oriana.
Oriana is scared at first by the intimidating bad boy biker but needs the job to not only help with her child development degree but provide her with a place to live. Once she gets over her nerves, she is immediately attracted to the hot broody, muscular guy with the grumpy, bad-tempered attitude. It doesn’t take her long to fall for both him and Sasha.
Their lives have some similarities so he can understand what she has been through. They both try to hide their instant attraction to each other and fight their feelings. She knows it is wrong if she blurs the lines as he’s her boss, but she can’t resist him. Will she ruin everything they have built if she gives into her desire for him? Stone has never wanted a relationship and now suddenly he wants Oriana and have her in his life. Can he be selfish and totally change her life if he takes what he wants even when Smoke warns him of the consequences.
What the MC first thought was straightforward has become so much more. Stone becomes desperate for revenge but it is more complicated because the war with the Irish effects everyone. Can he manage to keep hold of both Oriana and Sasha with the life he leads, putting them both at risk and in danger. He has never experienced anything like her before, along with Sasha, she brings light and laughter into his life.
The love between the couple is a slow burn but it allows us to see the kind and caring side to Stone. There are some great interactions between Stone and Oriana with Sasha and she is certainly the star of the book, her affect on the MC men is so funny. It was not the ending I was expecting mainly because I wanted a bit more about the couple after they gave in to their desires. Rather than a full on cliffhanger, the author leaves us with a teasing surprise ready for Smoke’s book. I enjoyed all the different characters and the dark and gritty side of MC life. I am looking forward to finding out more about them all, this couple and what happens with the Irish.
Not very well written and ending is so rushed it spoilt it.
I did enjoy it, sort of but there’s a huge amount of mistakes, and the ending is terrible as it ends on a cliff hanger and it’s NOT in two parts. The book starts with the Mc at war with the Irish, but absolutely nothing happens with them! When Stone’s brother and sister in law are killed in a car accident, he gains temporary custody of his niece who is three, but as he’s the V.P of the Mc he needs a live in nanny. When he hires Oriana he’s a right d*ck to her at first and I couldn’t understand why. As the weeks go by things heat up between them but he’s still quite a d*ck to her at times.
Then all of a sudden they’re having s*x and in a relationship, and it was weird. As it was so out of the blue. There’s not really a lot to say about the book as there’s not really a plot, and the book doesn’t match the foreword.
So the mistakes; 🔵 The plot doesn’t match the books description. Ariana isn’t in a car crash at all! 🔵 Ariana is injured, and has a severe concussion but still manages to have wild s*x with Stone. Yeah of course she could do that with a concussion. 🔵 The Mc is a 1% club and I don’t believe that he would be allowed custody of his niece. 🔵 The social worker tells Stone that she will be keeping an eye on him and he will have spot checks and he doesn’t have one! 🔵 Stone’s brother and sister in laws death doesn’t make any sense! 🔵 Ariana has a really horrible apartment, that they tell her to keep as she’s on a trial basis. Her apartment is never mentioned again and she doesn’t give notice. 🔵 Contraception is never discussed, at all and I didn’t like that. 🔵 At the beginning of the book Arianna says she’s an orphan with no relatives. At the end her ‘sister’ turns up at the Mc.
Lastly, WHY IS ARIANA NOT ALLOWED IN THE CLUBHOUSE? I’ve never read an Mc that the women aren’t allowed in there!
I find it hard to believe that there is a character out there who is as perfect as Stone. The way he steps up to the mark when life throws him a curve ball warmed my heart. He’s kind, caring, thoughtful and very protective. If you are in his close circle there is nothing that he won’t do to protect these individuals nor punish those who do them wrong. Add that he’s a hottie and he is the whole package!
This may be Stone’s story but I can’t deny that for me, it is Sasha who steals the show. I adore witnessing the interactions between herself and Stone. The way she has those big bad bikers wrapped round her little finger is wonderful to see. Her role in this story is perfect. It is lovely to watch how she affects those around her.
T.L. Wainwright is smashing these MC stories of hers. We remain with the Young Outlaws Motorcycle Club but this time we are in Nevada whereas her first series was set in Florida. It has been an absolute pleasure to meet president Smoke, his VP Stone and all the other members. I love that Smoke has Stone’s back and will do all that he can to help. It appears that his story will be released next and I cannot wait! I’m also looking forward to seeing what happens next for Stone as I am anticipating that the story arc will continue throughout the series.
I’m trying to be as vague as I can so that you can enjoy witnessing this story unfold without spoilers. This is a book that I highly recommend to you to read. Stone has everything that you’d expect in a MC story but it is the characters that make this narrative extra special. If you haven’t already, please go and meet Cannon, Mammoth and the rest of the 1%ers in Florida as I am certain you will love them. You will discover why Mammoth is a favourite of mine too.
5 must-read stars is what I award Stone. I know you’ll love this as much as I do. Enjoy!!
Stone is the first book I’ve read by T.L Wainwright. She has well developed characters and her plot is clear and straightforward. She does a good job of portraying the dark grittiness of MC life. Stone is the VP and Smoke is the President, and they’ve been good friends for a long time. When Stone’s brother and sister in law die in a supposed car accident he becomes responsible for his 3 year old niece, Sasha. Because he is the VP and still needs to be there for his club, (and will not let a sweet b**t babysit), he hires a nanny.
Enter Oriana, she’s had a rough time of it, she’s trying to finish her grad program, and we know she’s had a hard childhood. Moving a lot, low income, this nanny job gets her a safe clean place to live, free, and a really good paycheck. One of the drawbacks, for all the information we get about every other character in the book, we get very little about Oriana. Even though she becomes Stone’s love interest, she seems like a secondary character. It isn’t until almost until the very end before her and Stone get together. We know from Stone’s constant inner monologue’s and cold showers, LOL, and Oriana’s snarky back talk that they will be a couple at one point, but it takes a long time to get there.
Probably the BEST part of the book is Sasha, she literally has everyone wrapped around her little finger. Grown A** tatted up 1% bikers playing tea party and watching Frozen, while singing along, with a 3 year old. She’s the light and fun of the book.
Stone is a dark story about MC life, it has themes of violence, sex, and kink, read the trigger warnings. All in all it was a good book, it had a bit of a cliffhanger, and I’m looking forward to the next book.
Stone grabbed my heart from the start, fabulous uncle, no hesitation and willing to do whatever he had to do to get Sasha. I loved that Smoke had his back and wanted to do all he could to help. Oriana we don't get an massive amount of background on her, just enough to get she hasn't had it easy. Moving, emotional and tense at times, there is some action and some violence, but this is MC so expected. It is a well written story with a great pace and flow, I'd read half and didn't want to put it down but needed to sleep otherwise I would have stayed up and finished it. Sasha has everyone wrapped around her little finger and I won't be at all surprised if in a future book she has the men singing her Disney songs and painting her nails, such a cutie and adapted so well. A little bit of a cliff at the end but I didn't mind as it gives me something to look forward too. Sweetness as well as darkness, it's a story any fan of this author won't want to miss. Sad it's finished because I loved it.
When Stone finds out that his brother and sister-in-law are dead, his first concern is getting to his three year old niece. Going from a single guy who's only concern was the MC, Stone's life takes a bit of a turn. Now he is having to figure out how to do everything he did before but with a toddler, this is where hiring a nanny comes in. Oriana gets hired and Stone makes it clear with his attitude what their relationship will be, strictly professional. But what happens when Stone can't resist the pull? Will he cross the line that he himself drew in the sand?
This had everything going for it, we get some MC violence and drama, a few cute awe moments, and some really nicely done naughty bits. I felt that the ending is rushed, this went from slowly moving along to BAM the line is crossed and the book ends leaving me wondering if I missed something. I give this 4 stars.
T.L keeps you turning the pages with all the twists and turns throughout the story. Tenley turns up at the YOMC to get an interview with Smoke since she is doing a story on the club. Storm is wary of her and her motives and sends her packing. While at the grocery store Tenley has a chance meeting with Paddy Dunne the head of the Death Valley Irish. When she lets slip to Smoke her chance meeting he wants her to get to know him and pump him for information. Will this end happy or be dangerous for Tenley. I received an arc for my voluntary honest review for NNBB. If you love a MC Vs Irish Mafia War you will love this read. This is Book two in the Young Outlaws MC although it can be read as a standalone it would be good to read Book One first to have a clearer picture of the back stories of the MC members. This book does end on a cliffhanger and I cant wait for Book Three to see the next story.
This is the first in a new trilogy, and this is Gabriel/ Stone and Oriana’s journey. Stone is the VP in his MC, and he does not do relationships. When a tragedy occurs, Stone is left responsible for his 3-year-old niece, Sasha. Having no choice, Stone hires a live-in nanny, Oriana, who is a college graduate. When another incident occurs, Oriana is left injured, and Sasha is missing, the MC is determined to seek retribution and bring Sash home. This is a well written story which is a dark, raw, gritty, and intriguing story, with tragedy, family, friendships, loyalty, danger, suspense, vengeance, romance, emotions, undeniable chemistry, twists, and love, which leads to an entertaining and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Aw man what an awesome start to a new series! I loved Stone! 😍 He is the gruff, no nonsense, alpha VP of the Young Outlaws Nevada who takes on Oriana as the nanny for his niece. There's a lot more to Oriana than the shy meek twenty two year old that came to the nanny interview.
The MC are in a spot of bother with the Irish so Stone is trying to protect everyone and always on the look out. I loved how we saw his more vulnerable side in parts of the book but I really did like his alpha side as well 😉 I couldn't put this book down and read most of it in one sitting. I loved the references to other TL books as well 😊 But TL left me hanging at the end of this book and I can't tell you how much I need book #2!!!!!!!!!!
I got hooked into this story from the get go. And when Stone becomes a guardian to his three year old niece Sasha, I got attached very quickly 😊Being a club member and trying to look after Sasha plus keep up his responsibilities is becoming a bit much so he needs a nanny… Hello Oriana…
This was a good story. Watching these two get along and little Sasha was just too freaking adorable. Hot biker alpha male, add in an adorable three-year-old, a feisty nanny, throw in some suspense definitely sign me up 😊 I am so reading the next one in this series 😊
Tragedy strikes Stone’s family leaving Stone sole custody if his niece . Stone feels our of his depth as he is handling club business and trying to look after a little girl missing her parents whilst trying to deal with grief himself . They hire college graduate Oriana as a live in nanny which causes problems all of its own.. Their chemistry is sizzling and comes to a head when an altercation with rivals sees Oriana attached and Sasha taken… Stone moves heaven and earth to get them back and find out who did this. I loved it the story gripped me and I loved the sense of Family these guys have.. I can’t wait for the next ones.
Omg Stone!! Another one from Tl. This time the boys are from Nevada... but just as hot. Stone lost his parents when he was younger and his brother stepped up to look after him. Stone doesn't want his brother to give up his life for Stone so he joined up. After he joined the YO. Stone loves his brother and family and when his brother and wife get killed Stone takes on their young daughter Sasha. To help him he employs a nanny. What happens when a nanny moves in wuth a hot biker!!! 🔥 I love Stone as much as I love all you men T xx
This is one I read in one sitting. It moves fast and doesn’t lull at all. Stone and Oriana 🫶 this is my first book by this author and I’ll definitely be reading more. The story flows so well you immediately get pulled into it. Stone is the VP of the Young Outlaws and every bit the alpha you need in your life. He’s also got a side I hadn’t expected but absolutely loved. Oriana comes in to take care of Sasha…but her and Stone and their interactions were what I loved most about this story. Can’t wait for more from this MC!
I enjoyed reading this MC series. Stone is the VP of the Young Outlaws MC. He meets Stone the President and joins this great group of members. His brother and sister in law were killed in a car accident. He responsible for his niece. He hires a nanny and this complicates their relationship. The storyline was excellent and compelling. I will continue to read this author’s other books.
would highly recommend reading this book i could not out it down and really enjoy Mc, age gap and nanny romance. stone would do anything for his club and his family, he steps up when he had a call and took in his niece when her parents died in a car crash. He hired a nanny and at first he was busy with work until he had a call from the nanny and how she was injured trying to protect sasha who was taken. He was hooked and was sure to make everyone know that she was his lady.
This is a new author to me, and I definitely will be reading more of her work. She has well developed characters and her storyline is intriguing, suspenseful, and entertaining. Stone is the VP and Smoke is the Prez, and they are good friends. When Stone’s life changes overnight, he needs to grow up and be responsible because he is in charge of his niece, Sasha. He still needs to be there for his club so he hires a nanny. Enter the feisty Oriana. Stone and Oriana’s chemistry is off the charts, but will he pursue her because she is Sasha‘s nanny? I can’t wait for the next book in this series!
This was a fast paced read that kept me entertained. I wasn't sure Stone and Oriana these two didn't really have much going on til the very end. The action in the story was okay but mostly I just fell for Sasha she's the cutest kid ever. I would have loved to seen more from Stone and Oriana but I am excited to see what happens next.
Oh my i need book 2 immediately. The tragedy in a short space of time Stone has to deal with is heartbreaking and now to become a full time parent to a little one. With the help from Smoke and the MC he hires Oriana with the sexual tension off the charts from the beginning. How long can they deny their attraction. The book brings so much drama and action keeping you guessing till the end....
I absolutely loved Stone and Oriana When his blood brother and sil doe in a car accident he is left with his beautiful 3yo niece. No way is he going to let his niece be anywhere but with him. So he needs a Nanny .. que Oriana. Their chemistry is off the charts.. absolutely loved it x
