With Mayor Dagon Vulter out of the picture, and Rota stepping in as interim mayor, the town is riddled with uncertainty. Thankfully, the Mystic Cove Farmers' Market is finally here! A sure sign of spring and new beginnings. Too bad one of the town's supernaturals ended up keeling over at one of the tents. And the worst part...Zahara was just seen fighting with the deceased. Now it's up to Kara and Zane to clear their friend of murder charges and find the true killer. Can Kara, Zane, and Link discover who the true killer is? Or will their witch friend be like the little pig and be sent to market?This is a good paranormal mystery. I borrowed this book from Kindle Unlimited. This in no way affects my opinion of this book.

Murder at Mystic Murder is Book 7 in the Kara Hilder Series by Jenna St. James.
This was such a good book! I love Kara and Zane. It is Kara's first Mystic Cove Market, and she is excited to sit at a table with her friends selling smoothies.
Unfortunately, there is a murder and there is no shortage of suspects.
I love all the characters in this book, and Link has stolen my heart. If you know, you know.
All the different paranormal characters are fantastic! The mystery really kept me guessing until the end.
I absolutely LOVE the romance between Kara and Zane.

This series just keeps getting better!
When there's a murder at the opening of the farmer's market. Many people have grudges against the deceased. But when Kara is nearly killed while driving her motorcycle home, her new family stayed by her side worried about her survival. Her Dad, Callum, came running to perform magic on her.
But when one of the twin witches ends up in a burning house tied to a chair with her first love, the murderer is found.
Kara begins to form a real relationship with her Dad and Zane realizes he has something to live for in the first time in 4000 years; her love.

Another great edition to this wonderful series. After 40 years of not knowing she had paranormal powers, Kara is still discovering her special powers and learning more about the family she never knew she had. This series has such outstanding characters and it's always fun to visit them. Good murder mystery with a great bunch of suspects and even surprised me with who the killer was. Couldn't put it down and can't wait for the next book.

Well, Ms. Jenna never fails to weave a wonderful tle of mystery and murder peppered with magic! Kara is absorbed into yet another murder and nearly looses her own life. After her chaos and trials, she discovers unconditional parental love, something she has missed. Zane gets in touch with his heart, and who knows where this will lead us to in future tales for these two love birds? Treat yourself to a wonderful read with this book.

Whoa!!
Dang you Jenna, you made me tear up with the ending emotions.
All in all, a very good part of this series. Lara and Zane and company have a nee murder to solve and there's a lot of umph in this one. Several passages could trigger someone, but they are beautifully done and respectful. All in all, Highly Recommended.

Outstanding addition to the series! Jenna writes exceptionally well with staying true to the characters. She always presents plot twists and adds new characters. I was laughing out loud about Witchagram! And oh my goodness...Earl!!! Absolutely hysterical! Who did Zane give Earl to? Inquiring minds want to know, lol.

Ms. St. James has written another cozy paranormal mystery that weaves friendship, family and romance with a complicated murder that has plenty of twists and turns that kept me guessing until the end. I love reading about each of the characters that have grown organically throughout each book that I would love to visit this magical place and meet them in person.

Great plot
Jenna, St. James always comes up with a great plot. Terrific characters, twists and turns that keep you guessing I’m trying to figure out. However, she always leaves you feeling satisfied.

Cute series. Very quick read and easy to follow. Very much a "cozy" feel. Little violence - even with a murder, no sex scenes or foul language. Lots of "feel good" scenes as Kara begins to settle into life with her family and new abilities.

Another Great book in this series. Of all the cases the main character has worked on, this one had the most surprising ending. Each book is a stand alone story but the characters grow throughout the series.

Family and danger
This book has a lot of danger and suspense, and a strong emphasis on what family (genetic and otherwise) does, especially for someone who had lived her life without it.

Totally enjoyed it! This is a well written and has well developed characters. The story is catching and with the strong characters makes for a very enjoyable read. Great Reading Everyone!
