James is living the life! The company keeps getting better (and bigger), and his cabin in the woods is the perfect place to spend the colder months.
The place is getting a little… crowded, though, but James might find a way to deal with that. After all, he has just recovered a powerful artifact that can improve his magic and make his cozy home even better!
But James and his women will also find plenty of time to relax. They’ll craft enchantments, learn magic, and get to know each other even better. Who knows, they might even go for a late-night swim at the lake or get into a whipped-cream fight…
This slice of life story contains unconventional relationships centered on the male main character. Also contains cat girls, fox girls, deer girls, and dragonkin.

Just nice
Id.be more.interested in more story, and less.sex. the initial interaction is more intoxicating than the long details of the act.

the rabbit eludes us again
This book was very interesting, we found out some things, James learn lots about himself and his magic and we totally got a new member of the harem… yet I can’t believe Bryce has milk this bunny issue for 6 books. Truly, this bunny when caught better be his dad reincarnated coming to check on him, it better be so profound and such a miraculous moment that if it’s silly I swear I will flip my table. I’ve never seen an author milk something for so long. It’s truly bonkers. That being said I enjoyed this story and I’m looking forward to book 6. Lunesca is very intriguing. I like her and apparently James is making the wrong moves 😂 because she’s down to apprentice if you know what I mean 🤭 but he’s in lala land building his empire in the woods. I’m just shocked his busted up car can make down these dirt roads. I’m curious what he’s driving, I bet it’s a Toyota 😂. Also, is anyone not shocked no one has gotten a visit from the stork? I mean he’s been a busy boy for 5 books… truly shocked here. Let’s see what book 6 brings us. That bunny issues is already bringing the score down. 😑 onward lads

James is expanding his area of expertise in learning new spells .Learning about the village of Tours meeting everyone with a barbeque sponsored by Lucy . Trying to capture a warebunny that is spooking the forest an frightening some fae .He is sent on a quest to find an artifact . James meets another high mage like himself only it's a woman freed from her own prison of her making . recommend reading excellent series .

Slow burn continues
Alternate universe, magic, portals, fantasy races, monster girls, harem adult situations
James takes on some short quests and makes some new acquaintances, friends, and learns more about the cabin he inherited, and the dungeon underneath. A lot sex scenes, but that's part of the focus here. At least five more books in the series. Diverting and still have mysteries to unravel.

Love this series
This is a fun series as James becomes stronger in High Magic, his good heart taking care of the women of his harem. The trip to the well Spring of the Nexus was excellent with action and adventure. A new woman in his life, will she fit into the harem? Do yourself a favor and read this series!

A little magic, a little battle, some more loving
I did enjoy this issue of the series Country Mage. The main character is continuing to grow and I look forward to see how it progresses. I am going to procure the next book as soon as I can. I look forward to it with great curiosity.

A wonderful story/series!!!
What a joy to read and let our imagination explore this wonderful world the author has created!!! I personally think I enjoy the slow steady pace of this series the best, the wonderful growth of all the characters!!!

So much fun
Just enough action to not be boring, but as the title says, it is a slice of life tale,and a fun one at that. I can't wait for the next installment.
