In this book, 雪力 shared about the key points of the 16 different MBTI types. If you already know your MBTI before hand, you can dive straight into your own MBTI to read about it, that's if you are not interested in the rest of the MBTI type or want to visit it later. What I enjoy about this book was that the author showcase different perspective and resolution for each MBTI type. However, this book skim the surface layer of the 16 MBTI type which is not something that weren't heard of in general.
The most useful part is not which type of person I belongs to. It’s knowing there is an exact way of describing what I feel, which I thought is vaguely unattainable before reading this book. It helps me to understand myself and my significant other.
