"A fine satire about the human world rendered as a flight of imagination in a world in which Covid 19 has wiped out all human beings and brought in the Age of the Animals. A debut novel which holds high promise and whose author needs to be encouraged by recognition of his first work. Cross writes deftly and with an assured hand, subtly giving out lessons on the importance of conservation, while sardonically snarling from the side of his mouth at the Corporate way of life.

• Cross's "Angry Junglee Bosses" is a clever, comical, and satirical portrayal of the post COVID-19 world. First and foremost, the cover is inconsistent with the plot. If you are an employer, you will undoubtedly relate to this work. I believe that all office parties can connect to the toxicity, backstabbing, and office politics that exist in the workplace—not to mention the irate, toxic boss that you are dealing with (please excuse my sarcasm; I understand that you have a bittersweet relationship with your boss 🤣✨️).

• For me, the most intriguing aspects are the names of these characters and the realization that they are all animals acting like humans. Because of COVID-19, humans went extinct, and now animals are retaking their places in the world! This really is something! With many twists and turns, it is an exhilarating and chaotic ride. You’re going to love it! 🌩️

• Everything begins when Fox and Bear join the We Feed Ya-India branch to work for a corporate food-supply company. Fox was incredibly intelligent; his work was accomplished with remarkable attention to detail and dedication, and his handling of his bosses' rage was equally impressive.🌻 With time, he learns about the many ferocious animals that hold various positions and are involved in office politics - tigers, bison, ghadial, and sheep. The fox tries to maintain his identity as a productive worker but gets entangled in corporate politics. 🍄

• "To survive in this corporate world, you have to aim and focus on growing not on surviving." - Understanding how animals function in the corporate world is fascinating. Using well-known names in different contexts, like "Taylor the Swift," is a wickedly funny idea. The author's evil mind is further demonstrated by the b-mail and the bugged lines. 🐉The author's ability to effectively capture the frustration of animal slaves is matched with the intricate and striking framework that presents teamwork, deadlines, targets, meetings, and all of these terms and their integral presence in the corporate workplace. 🎯

• Cross writes with confidence and skill, imparting lessons on the value of conservation in a subtle way. The author uses straightforward, metaphorical, and potent language while avoiding any harsh tones. Reading this book was incredibly enjoyable because it was lighthearted, funny, captivating, and cozy. 🌻

This book is a brilliant satirical novel set in a post-pandemic world where animals have taken over corporate life. If you like movies with similar themes, you’ll love this book. The protagonist, Fox, joins We Feed Ya, a multinational company, and quickly impresses his seniors with his charisma and hard work. However, he soon finds himself entangled in the nerve-wracking web of office politics, navigating deceitful colleagues and toxic bosses.

The narrative is clear and engaging, with a fast-paced, well-structured plot that keeps you hooked. The settings and characters are highly relatable, offering a vivid and often hilarious reflection of corporate life. The creative replication of corporate elements using animal analogies is particularly impressive. The bugging line, Bmails, and quirky stationery items like archer fish, an Asian grass lizard, and a hummingbird add a unique twist to the familiar corporate environment. My favorite characters include the supportive Himalayan Bear (HB), the encouraging senior Bison, and, of course, the intelligent Fox. Cross skillfully highlights the struggles, emotions, and hierarchical dominance prevalent in the corporate world.

The story showcases the infamous corporate grind every IT professional encounters, making it both relatable and enlightening. The author masterfully uses humor to address serious issues faced by corporate workers. The satire is sharp and insightful, making this one of the most enjoyable and humorous reads I’ve had in a while. The depiction of a world where animals rule after humans’ extinction due to COVID-19 is imaginative and thought-provoking. In conclusion, “Angry Jungle Bosses” is a light, funny, and cozy read that offers deep insights into corporate life. Whether you want a satirical comedy or a unique take on office politics, this novel is highly recommended. Cross’s debut novel promises a bright future for this talented author.

If you’re a corporate employee, you should read this book. Even if you are not one, you should still read this book because that's how good it is!

This book tells the story of Fox’s corporate journey, showing all the ups and downs he faces throughout his career and how he deals with them.

I really liked the concept of the book where humans are extinct due to the coronavirus and animals have taken over the world. The author has beautifully created this world of animals and described a lot of things that humans used in their day-to-day lives but in the animal way (like B-mails).

This book contains a lot of humor and a good amount of suspense. The start of the book was a bit slow for me, as a lot of things were new, but the book picks up pace later, and the pages turn themselves at the end.

There are a lot of things to learn from this book for people who are just starting their careers as well as those who are already experienced.

Overall, I enjoyed this book completely and would recommend it to all readers out there.

I thank the author for the review copy of this wonderful book!

ꜱᴏᴍᴇᴛɪᴍᴇꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ʀɪꜱᴋʏ ᴡᴀʏ ɪꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏɴʟʏ ᴡᴀʏ!

Imagine a post-COVID world where humans are extinct, and animals have taken over our corporate roles. Sounds intriguing, right?
"Angry Junglee Bosses" by Cross takes this fascinating concept and crafts a witty, satirical narrative that brilliantly mirrors the often absurd reality of corporate life

The story follows Fox, our ambitious protagonist, who steps into the jungle of "We Feed Ya" a company that's just as chaotic as its human-run predecessors. As Fox navigates his way through a maze of office politics, backstabbing colleagues , passive-aggressive emails & clueless bosses who are more interested in stealing credit than doing any real work, he realizes this corporate world is not for him.

And just when you think things can’t get any crazier, Fox flips the script, exposing the corruption and inefficiency before making a grand exit that had me cheering! Woaah👏 that was one awesome way to quit!

What really stood out to me was the ATTENTION TO DETAILS! From quirky company policies to the sly digs at corporate culture, every element felt meticulously crafted to reflect the "all-too-familiar" reality many of us face daily. It’s like the author took a magnifying glass to the corporate world and captured every nuance in a way that’s both hilarious and painfully true.

Also, I couldn’t help but be reminded of Zootopia when I first started reading—especially with that filthy yellow shirt Fox has to wear. Just like the movie, this book brilliantly combines humor with a sharp critique of societal norms, making it a must-read!!

For those of us still trudging through the daily grind, this book is a stark reminder that we’re all just corporate slaves in a jungle of office politics. And honestly? I can’t agree more! As someone who's knee-deep in this world, the satire hit way too close to home.

Whether you are a corporate warrior or student gearing up to enter the jungle, this book offers something for everyone!

The author took a leap of creativity by crafting this unique tale of corporate culture set in an unusual world.

It's the world after humanity has been completely wiped out by the covid-19 pandemic, and with them went the infamous trends of twerking & pouting. Now the earth has been replenished to its natural beauty, and animals have taken over different socio-economic sectors by breakthroughs in education, sports, politics and businesses, utilising natural innovations to get work done.

The book follows the journey of Fox, who befriends a hippie Himalayan Bear on their way to an interview at We Feed Ya, an MNC that supplies standard quality food to animal kingdoms all over. They get postings of Sales and Project management respectively at South Indian branch, are shown their smart desks with sand bugs for triple backed up B-Mails, and a weird yellow shirt as uniform.

Fox, ever the wily, climbs up the corporate ladder using his cleverness & dedication. But office life can be brutal with too many projects, tight deadlines and many bosses to please simultaneously, namely Bison, Liger, Sheep, Hippopotamus etc, all demanding THEIR work be given priority. Equipped with music cups with latest songbird hits, a few jolly Tamil teaching colleagues & a snarky inner voice, he's ready to tackle his Angry Junglee Bosses😾

There's no dearth of imagination in this wonderfully thought out world that's relatable in many aspects. I loved the writing and the glossary section🙌🏻
Right from the design, unconditional format to the cool GenZ way of writing, this book is a fresh and quirky read!

Before talking about the story, I would take a moment to appreciate the beautiful cover of the book. It is so simple yet so eye catching and beautiful.

Now coming to the story, After Covid 19 humans have gone extinct from the surface of the earth and now there are only animals. They run the world in their own ways which benefits them and the nature as well.

Mr. Fox who is hired in sales department at We feed ya organisation. On his first day, things are going well for him but on the very next days he gets entangled into office politics. Now how he will get out of it?

This book is a satire on the corporate culture, office politics and toxic work environment. It gives you an insight on how these factors take a negative toll on corporate employees and their mental health.

The narration is amazing, it makes the story more interesting and gripping. Author did a great job with characters and showcasing their diverse talents. You can see a lot of creativity throughout the whole book.

At some places it feels like the details are too much, the conversation could be short and to the point. This aspect makes the book a bit lengthy and readers might feel bored at some places.

Overall the book is amazing and offers a different kind of story. I think every corporate employee as well as employer should give it a try once.

"Taylor the Swift"
This book was the most fun and humorous book I've read in a while. The author perfectly used humour to highlight the issue faced by corporate workers, the issue he faced himself in such a fun and entertaining way.
I could never think that these things were possible and never thought anyone would write it. The world where humans are extinct and the animals took it upon themselves to save themselves, and the earth and earn money and started teaching themselves the exact thing humans did but in quite a funny and unique way basically in their style. The bugged lines, the B-mail, J.K. Howling there were so many more funny aspects in the book that made me laugh so many times.
The Fox was such a smart animal, the work he did with so much precision and dedication was impressive and the way he dealt with his angry bully bosses was pretty impressive too. The story that unfolded itself in the end was amusing, entertaining and intriguing.
As a future corporate slave, I'm scared and wish I don't find a sheep or a hippopotamus in my life but if I do I hope I can have courage, wit and mind just like Fox.
This book was a really light, intriguing, funny and cosy book to read.
I really enjoyed reading it and wasn't bored for even a second.
If you're someone who wants to pick some light, funny, cozy and at the same time an intriguing book then you should pick this one.
If you're someone who is finding their next read then pick this book.
I really enjoyed reading it and felt really better. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The story, as depicted, is a speculative fiction in which animals have taken over the world after humans became extinct due to the coronavirus pandemic. The protagonist, Fox, is a new employee in the ‘We feed ya’ office and is desperate to make an impression. Even animals, like humans, are not immune to corporate politics and are challenged by workplace drama and chaos. Fox is constantly backstabbed, nagged, gaslighted and betrayed. Fox needs to find a way to navigate through corporate life. But it comes with a heavy price.

It’s been a long since I read a lighthearted book with such creativity. The imagination of the author in naming and characterising each animal is commendable. I loved the monologues and the wit, and it’s been breezy in parts, even though I skimmed a few parts because of the repetitiveness. The frustration of an employee and the social structure of a corporate ladder with its pros and cons have been written so well that you forget that they are animal characters, not humans.

However, because I am not used to a corporate working structure, I couldn’t relate to the story in certain parts, but I am sure it will be fun for people who are used to the setup. Yes, the author could have curbed down on explaining every little detail a bit because it made the book look unnecessarily lengthy. But do give it a try for it’s uniqueness and the quirkiness.

This is a fun and humorous book, where animals have taken over after humanity was wiped out by COVID-19, the author presents a clever twist by placing animals in the roles of corporate leaders, adding a layer of satire to the narrative.

The protagonist is Fox, who joins the sales department at "We Feed Ya," a multinational company, where he encounters the absurdities of office politics and toxic leadership. Throughout his journey, he is supported by HB and Bison who recognize his intelligence and appreciate his work.

I really enjoyed the narrative style, though there were moments when the lengthy conversations between characters if it short that will be better for me.

However, the interactions between Fox and his Inner Fox were quite entertaining. I also feel a bit sad for Fox as he didn't find his ideal partner, like 'Foxeena,' 'Foxika,' 'Foxvati,' or 'Foxinima.' 😂

Overall, it is an enjoyable book that I believe every employee should give it a try.

What happens when there is no Human race and the Animals of the Jungle take over the corporate world ?

Will the Amimals also be victim to corporate slavery?

Well read this one in a kind story to find out how each animal in the jungle plays his role when he enters the corporate world.

This was quite a unique read. The story keeps you hooked from the beginning. Each character is given an important role which makes the story more interesting. I loved the way the fox handled every situation thrown at him. Inner fox was the icing on the cake. The author has perfectly shown how office politics can shape you as a person in life. Some points like 'we should never delve in others personal matters and mind our own business' were to the point.

Also note that ANGRY JUNGLEE BOSSES has been picked up by Kindle for promotion, all through September!

So if you like to read something different and distinctive you should definitely grab this book.

I'm giving this book 4 stars only because the central trope isn't really my cup of tea. The entire story revolves around the corporate world, but with people replaced by animals.

What kept me hooked on this book was the writing style—almost every page is filled with humor, making it an engaging read. The story also does a great job of portraying the toxicity of corporate culture, showing just how far it can go and how one can navigate it.

The main character, a fox, has just joined a company called We Feed You and soon finds himself entangled in office politics. The book follows his journey as he not only escapes the web of workplace manipulation but also ensures that those responsible face the consequences.

I truly appreciate the author’s effort—the amount of research that went into crafting this story is impressive. I highly recommend this book to anyone working in the corporate world.

This story starts in a post pandemic world, when animals have taken over, and fox and bear went in we feed ya corporation to become corporate majdoors. The orientation day, the board meetings and the work culture - it's all oh so relatable... the plot thickens after just a couple of chapters and it gets quite hard to put the book down after that.

Being a corporate slave myself, I loved the book. I have worked for 10 years now, and I can vouch for the accuracy of the politics here. The perfect balance of funny, along with seriousness and boldness will grip you from the very beginning.

If you want to work in corporate, or are in corporate currently... or if you loved the book Animal farm by Orwell, I will request you to try this book once. I rate this a whopping 3.8 out of 5 stars.

ANGRY JUNGLEE BOSSES BY CROSS
🌸Satirical allegory
🌸Self Published

"To err WAS human "

Have you ever thought of what would happen if humanity perished in COVID-19🦠😷? Well this book presents the alternate reality that might have come to be if brilliant scientists didn't find the vaccination when they did. The story follows Fox, a corporate slave in the world of Animals where no humans are alive, and all the animals have come together to work and adapt to the changing environment so that they can survive. Here comes the concept of the company- We Feed Ya, that grows and supplies all the food animals could ever hope to consume. And I'm glad all the animals had jobs at We feed ya else I can't begin to think what would happen if they started twerking and pouting like their human counterparts.

I picked the book because even after one year of corporate majduri, I cannot make sense of Politicking that goes around and I absolutely hate the toxic work culture so many companies find normal. So, you can guess why the title sounded intriguing. Angry junglee bosses isn't just about a book about animals, it's about real life bosses who don't know better than to behave like animals.

The book is on similar lines of Animal Farm or Zootopia where each animal is based on a real life human character. While Animal farm was real subtle about this, this book is full of puns that had me clutching my stomach laughing like- Bacteria's secret, Sunbird Tzu, Stephen King Cobra, Jay -zebra, Ed Sheep-an and so many more.

The narration was stellar, engaging and never still. As someone in commerce background, I felt lile I understood the concepts of the business more clearly, which made it an even more interesting read. For people with no sense of business aspects this part could be monotonous. However the storyline would makeup for that fact.

The characters are well sketched, and so on point. The language was easy to follow and the end glossary was really helpful. The book can be a satire or allegory as it's full of puns, irony and tons of humour. I loved Fox and Himalayan Bear. Bison would be the best boss someone could ask for. Cannot say the same for Sheep. It's so funny that Sheep is a toxic boss of the fox which is so relatable because often people with no talent and hardwork reach positions that they don't deserve and then they exploit others because of their insecurity. I loved the idea of the Food court and different animals like Octopus and Ocelot cooking Japanese and Mexican food. My only regret of 9-5 is that I never got an office with a food court and free food.

I loved the ingenious descriptions of simple things like office layout, Smart desk, stationary, the office transport etc. The backstabbing, betrayal, politicking and toxicity sounded like it came from real life experience making it relatable. The research that must have went into the story is commendable. The concept of the book was brilliant, however it could do with lesser descriptions. Overall, an amazing read for anyone in corporate.

A saga age old that an idle person will bring down a hard-working person with envy and jealousy. But sometimes that hard-working person hits back with same hard work.

The story is set in post-corona time where humans have gone extinct and animals have taken control of the world. They are anthropomorphic and study-work-live just like humans used to do with few things different. The protagonist is a fox who starts a new job at the biggest MNC on the planet. He makes some good friends and mentors over there. But also makes some equally worst enemies. This is the story of him embroiled in the office politics and how he deals with it.

Wow!!!! This story invoked so many emotions in me which I have forgotten after quitting my corporate job, both great and worst (there’s no inbetween). I related to Fox on so many levels as I too had to endure a good deal of these myself. Sadly, I was not a “Sly Fox”.

The world building was phenomenal. Kudos to the author for his creativeness. The world and office working system, animals’ names and songs which were humorously taken from their human counterparts are all so fascinating.

I was hooked from the starting and soon got so engrossed that I finished it in one day. Very captivating, fast pace and easy language. An unputdownable!! The characters are all well-written. I liked Fox and HB’s friendship and Fox and Bison’s mentor-mentee relationship. This is a remarkable satire on all types of employees and office politics.

Like the Inner Fox said to Fox “The book should be simple, humorous, innovative, witty and something the reader can easily relate to. Yes the book is exactly all these.

Highly recommend!! Every reader should read this wonderful book whether you are a future corporate employee or a burnt former one or just read it for its creativeness.

Some interesting things from book -
Like HB, I also don’t think I’ll like Humanology if I’ll ever study it. And I wish I can use the card Any Time Food (ATF) at State Kitchen of India. Also, my nameless inner self liked Inner Fox a lot and is waving at it “hullo frund”!!

Some of my fav names – Arnadillo Schwarzenegger, Tom Hangs, Brad Pigg, Tom Goose, Denzel Wasp-ington, Nicole Kitten-man, Harry Otter, Deerlock Holmes, JK Howling, Shake-Spearfish, Agatha Chris-Teal, Anupam Khergosh, Madhuri Dove-ixit, Pedgeon-ka Chopra, Ducky Ali

And lets not forget James Blonde 0077.77
And the catalogue of Bacteria’s Secret!!

Ah, corporate jungles and their wild denizens—where ties are striped and ambition prowls like a predator in a power suit. Let me introduce you to Cross's satirical novel Angry Jungle Bosses. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans have disappeared and office politics are handled by various crafty animals. Imagine The Office only meets George Orwell's Animal Farm with a zoological twist as sharp as a vengeful hyena.
In this world, bears oversee human resources, foxes oversee sales, and the feared sheep rules everything by figuratively barking commands down the hatch. Cross cleverly turns the mundane grind of office life into a comedy and chaos, where office politics aren’t just for humans anymore—they’re for every animal clawing their way up the corporate ladder.

Our main character, Fox, enters this bizarre universe to leave his mark at We Feed Ya, a global company whose mission is to satisfy the burning desire of the animal kingdom. However, he quickly finds himself trapped in a web of scheming geese, power-hungry pythons, and backstabbing badgers, all of whose objectives are as complex and varied as those of their real-world counterparts.

With humor sharper than a porcupine's quills, Cross exposes corporate culture. Every page is full of fun and wisdom, from the cunning parody of corporate hierarchy to the brilliant use of animal metaphors (have you ever seen a hyena in a boardroom?). It serves as a reminder that even though the players might transform into beasts or humans, the game still has the same level of ruthlessness.

Cross skillfully interweaves observations about conservation and the human (or animal?) condition amid the hilarity. Fox's journey shows us how the sadness and absurdity of corporate life are reflected in a world where the idea of survival of the fittest has entirely new meanings.

So, my dear reader, "Angry Jungle Bosses" is your pass to the craziest office party in town if you're craving comedy mixed with social commentary. This book offers a wild adventure through a world where business meetings are a literal zoo, whether you're trying to climb the career ladder or you're just seeking for a good laugh.
It’s not just a book; it’s a survival guide in disguise. Grab your copy today and prepare to howl with laughter!

The book is a wonderful satire on how a corporate structure works and how office politics can impact a person’s psyche. The book is written in a wonderful manner where the humans are extinct and animals have now taken over. The story takes place in an organisation called “We Feed Ya” based in India and having branches all over. Our protagonist Fox is a new joiner in the firm, along with Himalayan Bear and as the days go by, we get deeper into the working of this organisation as well as the life of the characters in this world.. The concept of every being having employment is another one that I liked. The author has moulded celebrities, concepts and lifestyle using homonyms and there is a sense of familiarity when you read the book. The concept of office politics is the primary theme which runs across the book and how it impacts the people in the office environment. Cross has explored the various aspects of office interactions and the way each person views the other in a professional context. Another aspect that Cross explores is that of chair-warmers and how they impact the morale of the workforce. The climax of the book is extremely well written and shows what happens when an employee reaches their breaking point, specially when they have given the best and the recognition is not given to it.

The character development in the book is very nuanced and detailed. The author has used character traits and common traits attributed to them to put them in the story. My favourite of them was Sheep and while I had my doubts about why Sheep was put where he was, they were confirmed at the climax of the book. Another interesting character was that of Fox, and I liked how he was oblivious to what was happening around him. The other characters being Olympians was a nice touch.

The one thing I really loved about the book was the dirty yellow shirt and how that was a recurring discussion throughout the book and how one small thing could play an important role in the storytelling.

The book highlights some very important aspects that have gone wrong in how we manage our workplaces and the way the relationship between an employer and employee have become transactional, sidelining the idea of passion and love for what you do.

🍀 Book - Angry Junglee Bosses
🍀 Author- Cross

🍀 Plot - The plot starts with a fox who enters the corporate world and starts working there. With time he comes to know about the various vicious animals holding different positions and engrossed in the politics for power and money. The fox gets caught in corporate politics and struggles to retain his identity as a successful worker.
Will Fox be able to keep himself away from the corrupted system?
Will he come out as a winner by growing and achieving his goals?

🍀 Review - It’s a debut novel by the author who goes by the pseudonym Cross.
When I read the title of the book I could guess that it’s about the bosses of the corporate world who make sure to make your life no less than hell if you don’t work according to their directions.
Set up during the post-pandemic time the main character fox and his life is the replica of the life led by any the corporate employees. The author has presented the corporate culture and the life of a corporate employee in a satirical form which makes this book not only an interesting and funny read but also brings us face-to-face with the hardcore reality of the corporate world. The struggle of an employee is depicted through the struggle of the fox. Apart from the fox other animals play the role of other characters such as bosses and colleagues.
Teamwork, deadlines, targets, meetings all these terms and their integral presence in the corporate workplace are put with perfection.
While reading the book few instances are so realistic that they make you feel as if you are a part of it.
I think that the author deserves applause for a true and realistic presentation of today’s corporate work culture where he has used animals instead of human beings and made this a relatable read.
It’s an entertaining read with deep insight.

"If there is one skill you must work on as much as you possibly can, it is your ability to handle everything other than work, thrown your way, at work!"

I think I should start by appreciating the creativity level of the author🥳 he has replaced humans with animals in the story to make it fun for everyone to read. A world after the effect of COVID-19 where humans are extinct like dinosaurs are now and animals are working hard and giving it their best to survive and save themselves ✨
"We Feed Ya", a multinational company where everyone works diligently and is just joined by FOX as he begins a new chapter of his life where he works there in the sales department 💼
Corporate life and politics is discussed, with the feelings of fear, jealousy, envy, anger, superiority, inferiority, and insecurity which are present among all the organizations🏢 even from the author's personal experiences, these are discussed in such a sensible way that it seems like it's there just to give us an idea about how the inside works 🥰😀

The cover is such a cool one, like one can't ignore it once you give it a look, you'll be curious to find out what all it contains ❤

This was such a light read which was filled with sarcasm, humor and I don't even remember the last time I laughed like that while reading a book 📕😊

And btw, this was the debut novel of the author and the way this is written, NO ONE can say it's his first one, HE HAS DONE MAGIC HERE.😇 The characters in the book aren't less in number and yet he has managed to mention the inspiration behind why he chose that particular character in the book, which is totally commendable 🥰 The names for the characters and the technology gave it a quirky touch as well. 🤪

One of the very different books I've read till now. It was very engaging and easy to understand even though I'm yet to start my corporate journey and I think now I already know what to expect:)

Def recommended, give this book a chance and it'll not disappoint you ⭐

OMG, what have I read? This expression is because, while developing a concept for a book, one has to think about all the permutations and combinations of how they would react in different situations.

CROSS with their debut novel has done it pretty well. The concept is unique, refreshing, and actually out of the box. Let's talk about this in detail here.

Cover: The red-covered book with the title on the top and a caricature of a fox wearing glasses and a formal dress differentiates the book from others. Also, looking at the author's name to be "CROSS" also instigates curiosity.

The font size is easily readable and the font used is a classic regular font with font size 12-14. The book is a paper bind but sturdy. With the price on which this is available, this looks like a good deal.

Concept:

The concept is pretty simple: the human world vanished after COVID-19 and animals started working in an industry of their own called "We Feed Ya". This runs as an organisation and one can see communism in different segments of this. One would need some time to grasp the concept of the book if they are starting it fresh but the puns used and the misspelling adds humour to the book.

Talking about the writing style, most of the book can be seen in narration and dialogues while some of it is in play format where the characters and dialogues are distinguished with colons and spaces.

I recently started going to the office, and CROSS has beautifully and humorously portrayed the scenes in any office.

If you are someone who wants to see office politics and understand it in a better format with all the characters as animals. The book is for you.

Conclusion:
This is a pretty good read for someone who is into fantasy and would like to explore what can go wrong/right in a workplace.
A good workplace humour and also a great book to gift to your boss/manager.

📚 Angry Junglee Bosses by Cross 📚

Get ready for a wild ride through the corporate jungle! 🌳

Cross's @angry_junglee_bosses debut novel, "Angry Junglee Bosses," is a refreshingly unorthodox take on corporate life, blending sharp wit with insightful commentary. I found the plot entertaining and gripping, with a tone that’s light yet thought-provoking.

Cross did an exceptional job in creating characters and showcasing their diverse talents, with unexpected twists and clever humor.

The storytelling style is clear, engaging, and subtle. While I found the language straightforward and metaphorical, some might find it monotonous.

Story Overview: Set in a post-COVID-19 world where animals rule, the novel follows the intelligent Fox who joins the corporate food-supply company, "We Feed Ya." Alongside the supportive Himalayan Bear (HB) and other quirky characters, Fox navigates the complex and often toxic corporate environment.

What Makes It Unique:

🦊 Animal Analogies: The creative use of animal analogies to depict corporate dynamics is particularly impressive. From bugging lines and Bmails to items like archer fish and hummingbirds, Cross adds unique twists that keep readers amused and intrigued.

🐻 Memorable Characters: The supportive Himalayan Bear, the encouraging senior Bison, and the intelligent Fox are just a few of the memorable characters that bring this story to life.

🤓 Sharp Satire: Cross’s ability to highlight the struggles, emotions, and hierarchical dominance in the corporate world through a satirical lens is both sharp and insightful.

🫶Relatability: For anyone who has worked in a corporate setting, the humor and wit will resonate deeply.

In Conclusion: "Angry Junglee Bosses" is well worth a read for anyone seeking a satirical comedy with a fresh perspective on corporate life. Cross's delightful wit and creative storytelling ensure an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Aɴɢʀʏ ᴊᴜɴɢʟᴇᴇ ʙᴏssᴇs is a unique corporate fiction set in an animal world, post COVID-19 where the humans were wiped out completely! And We Feed Ya was founded.
The story takes us to the corporate office at the Giant 🌳in the jungles of south India, where we meet with our two new employees, The fox🦊 and the cool Himalayan bear *HB 🐻. I loved how smart and intelligent the character Fox is, especially the conversations and banter between Fox and his Inner Fox ❤️, the inner voice that alerts, guides and competes with him.
🐘The author Cross , with his amazing creativity skill, has taken us to a very different but same world(*same same but different!). The characters and settings are so very relatable; the animals in the book give humans in the corporate vibes. With a structured plot and humour, the author managed to keep me glued to the book from the very beginning, creatively mentioning human world celebs into the animal world! Sherukh Khan, Madhuri Dove-ixit, Harry Otter & Humble Boar, and more and the technology used like the B-mail and bugged line, the Hound message is very impressive! 👌👌Cross has amazingly penned the story highlighting the struggles, dominance, office politics and toxic work environment, shedding light on how this negatively affects the mental health of a corporate employee but keeping the humour intact!
Not to forget a special mention of the God of humans 'The Batman' this description made me laugh so hard!🤣🤣

🦬Overall I am totally in love with this read. It's a cozy, funny read amazingly picturising the corporate world struggle. I recommend it to everyone, whether you are a corporate employee or not, you will not be disappointed!
A must-read 💯💯 if you love:

𖹭 corporate fiction.
𖹭 humor
𖹭 mystery
𖹭 unique animal world.

As a college student curious about corporate life, reading Angry Junglee Bosses by Cross felt like stepping into a world I’ve heard about but never experienced firsthand. The book’s unique premise—where animals have taken the place of humans in a post-COVID world—immediately caught my attention. It’s a corporate jungle, quite literally, where office politics, backstabbing, and clueless bosses dominate the scene.

The story centers around Fox, a determined and sharp-witted character who joins the sales department at "We Feed Ya." What starts as a promising opportunity quickly turns into a chaotic adventure filled with passive-aggressive coworkers and bosses more focused on taking credit than actually doing their jobs. Despite the absurdity of the setting, everything felt strikingly familiar, as if the author had held a mirror up to the real corporate world and added a humorous twist.

What I appreciated most was how the book combined humor with keen observations. The attention to detail—from quirky corporate policies to clever jabs at inefficiency—made it both hilarious and painfully relatable. Fox’s journey, especially his bold exit from the toxic environment, left me cheering and reminded me that sometimes, walking away is the best decision you can make.

The creativity in envisioning a world where animals adapt to corporate life was impressive. Concepts like B-mail and "smart desks" felt both amusing and plausible, showcasing how brilliantly the author constructed this world.

For someone like me, who’s just starting to think about life beyond college, this book provided both laughter and insight. It’s a light yet thought-provoking read, perfect for anyone trying to navigate or understand the wild world of office politics. If you’re seeking a satirical take on corporate life with a unique twist, Angry Junglee Bosses is definitely worth adding to your reading list.

Book Review ✨️
ANGRY JUNGLEE BOSSES by Cross 💖

In the midst of a post-COVID-19 world 🌎, Cross's debut novel "Angry Junglee Bosses" unleashes a wickedly funny and biting satire 🤣 that exposes the underbelly of corporate culture 🏢. This audacious tale follows a cast of animal characters – yes, you read that right! 🐾 – navigating the treacherous landscape of toxic office politics, backstabbing, and power struggles 💼.

The unique cover art 📚 sets the tone for a wildly entertaining ride 🎢, and Cross delivers! 🎉 With a clever blend of humor and social commentary, this book will resonate deeply with anyone who's ever endured the soul-sucking grind of corporate life 💔.

Cross's masterstroke lies in anthropomorphizing animals 🐻, breathing life into characters like Fox, Bear, and Snake 🦊🐻🐍. This ingenious twist not only humanizes the animal kingdom but also cleverly highlights our own species' capacity for ruthlessness 🤔.

Through razor-sharp prose 📝 and clever characterizations, Cross dissects the darker aspects of office politics, from Machiavellian maneuverings to petty squabbles 🤬. Yet, amidst the chaos, the author injects a refreshing dose of humor 😂, making even the most cringe-worthy moments laugh-out-loud funny!

What truly impresses is the book's pacing – expertly crafted to keep you hooked until the thrilling conclusion 📚. Cross's nuanced exploration of office toxicity, coupled with wicked wit, makes "Angry Junglee Bosses" an unputdownable read 📖.

I especially appreciate:

- The clever naming of characters after animals, adding a fresh layer of depth 🐾
- The relatable portrayal of toxic office environments and backstabbing 💼
- The combination of humor and serious commentary on office politics 🤣
- The well-timed, exciting ending that ties everything together 🎉

A story about a world where humans are extinct due to COVID and the world belongs to animals.

Fox is a new recruit and is joining the sales team at We Feed Ya, an MNC selling high quality agricultural products.
As soon as he enters this corporate culture, he gets entangled in the elaborate web of office politics and toxic colleagues. He finds himself in the midst of some deceitful people (well ..animals) and gets caught in their sabotaging schemes despite being a tenacious and meticulous worker.

The story is a satire which sheds light on the hostile work environment one has to face in the corporate world. It efficiently balances both the positive as well as negative aspects of working in a corporate firm. The unique feature of the story is the way the author has drawn a parallel between the existing human work culture and the hypothetical animal world. The Animal world has been described intricately with various animals and their specific traits used to create perfect caricatures of office staff. The world building is very impressive and detailed. The gossiping , back stabbing along with supportive seniors and helpful colleagues , every aspect has been taken care of in the story.

In some places , the exposition did seem a little stretched though interesting like the explanation of the stationery. However , the attention to details in the narration is commendable and impressive. The hierarchical categorization of Elephant and Liger in substantial roles while others working beneath them , seemed somewhat typical of the animal world.

Overall , this book was one of a kind reading experience, a funny spoof capturing the nuances of office work culture. From the title to the cover , the book is worth a read

In a world where we often hear about the extinction of various species, it’s intriguing to imagine a world without humans—one where animals take over the ecosystem. This book presents a humorous yet practical and unfiltered exploration of that scenario.

This incredibly intriguing book features a gripping, imaginative plot set in a post-COVID world after the extinction of humans. The story follows how animals navigate life, including the corporate landscape, in their own unique ways. The narrative begins with the first day of a fox at the organization "We Feed Ya." The author creatively details the orientation day, showcasing a thoughtful and imaginative approach to this engaging plot.

I enjoyed reading this unique book, which includes amusing monthly review meetings led by animal department heads discussing projects like "Claws of Tigers and Lions." Ever wondered what if due to our choices we become extinct the most intelligent animals just because we have brains that work how we want it to in this world. What if at a time the animals that we so much enjoy eating and torturing become the real owners and leaders of earth.
Will it be different from what we are doing or will they be better at this living we are doing? Maybe they will be better maybe they are waiting for us to fail miserably in the simple task of living to conquer the world and change the order in which things are happening around the world. Maybe one thing will remain same, i.e., working to earn a living right?
This book is exactly that or we can say our worst nightmare come true. It is the atory of how office ruins are lives with all the work we do like labourers in order to earn a living. The story is about the post covid era when the human kind is finished due to covid and depression and our own choices which has led to the animals to conquer the world.
This book made me wonder are we really the smartest animals on the planet earth or are we led to believe that as in this book it is shown that the animals very easily adapted and learnt what we took this many years to learn in just a few years so maybe we aren’t the smartest.
This book is satire upon the office politics, workload, depression due to office and the way our bosses cheat us in making their work easier by doing it instead of them. It is about how we are made to believe that we are doing the work for ourselves when in reality we are benefitting only the rich.
Read this very unique book which has comedy, essential lessons all summed up in easy language to make us understand the true meaning of living on this planet. Thank you so much for giving this opportunity to read this wonderful book. It made me feel a lot of emotions and things I never thought about before.

The book "Angry Junglee Bosses" offers a captivating narrative following the journey of a fox as it navigates the complex and often treacherous landscape of the corporate world. From navigating office politics to facing daunting challenges and hardships, the book authentically portrays the struggles and triumphs of corporate life through the eyes of its protagonist. The allure and glamour of the corporate office environment are vividly depicted, juxtaposed against the harsh realities lurking beneath the polished surfaces and glass buildings.

Through the fox's experiences, readers are offered a poignant insight into the intricacies of workplace culture, woven with a touch of humor that adds depth to even the most serious of situations. The dichotomy of finding joy and fulfillment in one's work while grappling with the helplessness and frustration induced by office politics is skillfully captured, resonating with the experiences of many corporate employees.

The diverse and relatable cast of characters, including a sheep and a bear, further enriches the storytelling, creating a vibrant and immersive world within the Animal Corporate Kingdom. While the conversations and meetings within the narrative are engrossing, there are instances where they seem unnecessarily prolonged. However, the book's simple yet alluring writing style ensures that it remains an engaging and compelling read throughout.

I wholeheartedly recommend "Angry Junglee Bosses" to anyone working in a corporate setting, as it offers a poignant reflection of the corporate world, inviting readers to find parallels and connections to their own professional experiences.

In a world irrevocably changed by COVID-19, humanity is no more, and the planet has been taken over by animals. These creatures now run offices, reside in apartments, and live out a remarkably human-like lifestyle, all while trying to avoid the seductive traps of pouting and twerking. This unique setting forms the backdrop for our protagonist, Fox, who embarks on a new chapter of his life by joining the sales department at a multinational corporation called 'We Feed Ya'.

Fox is a diligent worker, adept at navigating the complexities of office life with his sharp presence of mind. Despite his professionalism and ability to handle the toughest situations, he is not an exception to the office politics.

The author skillfully explores the harsh realities of corporate environments through a satirical lens, offering a critique of the toxic atmosphere many employees face daily. The narrative is both humorous and engaging, balancing sharp observations with a witty, fast-paced storyline.

One of the book’s standout features is the author’s inventive and detailed portrayal of how animals adapt to a world without electricity or machinery. Concepts like smart desks and B-mail not only highlight the creativity in designing functional systems but also offer a glimpse into a unique economy tailored to the needs of its animal inhabitants.

If you enjoy satirical comedy rich with puns or if you have a background in the corporate world, this novel is a must-read. It combines humor with insightful commentary, making it a compelling and entertaining exploration of a world where animals have taken over the reins of corporate life.
