London, 1872

Eleanor Thompson is a beta governess who spends the majority of her time chasing after the Earl of Blymouth’s rambunctious children, with no plans to ever marry despite her cousin’s pushing.

But everything changes one night when she suddenly perfumes as an omega. After being chased by her employer through a greenhouse, she is transported through time, landing mid-heat into the lap of a handsome cowboy.

Colorado, 2022

After the death of their parents, the Calloway brothers have been working to restore their ranch, Arcadia, back to its former glory and while also struggling to raise a three year old. Unfortunately, they all have very different ideas of what that should look like.

Clint wants to keep it as a horse breeding ranch, Fletcher wants to raise miniature ponies as service animals, Cas believes that a dude ranch would make the most profit, and Beau just wants everyone to get along.

But when a very pretty omega appears out of thin air they're at a loss of what to do. Eleanor is prickly, proper, and positively everything that the Pack Calloway could ever want in an omega… but she insists she doesn’t want to get married, let alone be bonded to four men who are constantly arguing.

Eleanor's reluctance isn’t the only roadblock to their happily ever after. Someone has been poisoning Arcadia’s animals and sabotaging their equipment. It won’t be long until the consequences grow dire and everyone’s life is at risk.

Eleanor is an FMMMM time travel why choose romance that is set in contemporary Colorado. Does not feature MM

“Eleanor”, while well written, was ultimately not enjoyable for me.

I’m a big fan of Stewart’s, and have found her omegaverse books to be well written and entertaining. Unfortunately, “Eleanor” is my least favorite book of hers. I don’t read historical novels, so maybe that’s where the majority of the disconnect came from. Outside of the time period, I didn’t find any of the characters to be redeemable or worth championing. Instead, I found myself withdrawing from the story entirely as none of them could hold my interest. Even Eleanor’s powers, which still make little sense to me, weren’t enough to keep me invested in the story.

I received this as an ARC
I loved all of Calliope’s omegaverse books, and found this series extra fun with the time travel aspect.
In Juneau I liked that she felt like she was not in her right time period. But this book it’s more that here mates are in another and that fitting in her old time period is not a problem which posed a different dynamic in the new world.
I love that there almost also always a mystery aspect to Calliope’s books. I can’t put my finger on why it’s not 5 stars but it’s absolutely a great book and I will read it again.

Despite having most of the same major elements as Juneau:
- Time-traveling
- Omegaverse
- Reverse Harem
- Magic Powers

This second installment in the Omegas Through Time series fell flat for me. It lacked the charm I recall the first having. The plot and relationships felt rushed and underdeveloped, and the mystery was very predictable. I didn't hate it, but it is forgettable and I probably would not go around recommending it to people unless they're just looking for a fast and easy read.

I have always been a big fan of Calliope Stewart's writing. I love all her stories, however, this one was not my favorite, unfortunately.
This is book 2 for Omegas Through Time. I LOVED book one with Juneau, but this one seemed to fall a bit flat, and I had a hard time finishing it.
Really, the full lost star was for the main female lead, Eleanor, herself. Didn't care for her. Nope. Not at all. Yes, she was a stuffy English woman, but she never really won me over. The extra rating loss of .15 was for the disconnect(s) that I felt were throughout the whole story - which is so unlike Stewart's writing... I feel like the story always has a good flow.
It wasn't until about 60% into the book that I felt any kind of emotion. And that's when the guys were actively trying to win over Eleanor, and she finally decided to give them a chance. Eleanor spent over the first half of the book stuck up and so sure she wanted to go back to her (unhappy) time in England. It was very annoying: "I'm going back." "I'm going back." "I'm going back. "... yea. Ok.
And then there were quite a few "time" jumps during the story - just weeks and days here and there, but I felt that kept us from really seeing any character development. Beau was my favorite, he was a sweetheart and a half. Then Fletcher, but I always have a soft spot for an alpha that's having a hard time. Clint and Cas were just okay. Espie was fun, tho, but three year olds are just fun.
I'm just so disappointed. I had high hopes for this book. I dove right in when I got it, but I struggled to make it to the end. Yes, there were twists, turns, secrets revealed, some mystery for a villain, and questions about the time jump portal... but all of it felt like everything was to be a big item, but it all just fell flat.
With all that said... this may not be a shining review, but it will definitely not keep me from reading the next one(s). The overall arcing story has a hold on me. We will need to find out Merlin's story and what he's trying to find. And I will continue to praise Miss Calliope Stewart because I love her writing and all her other stories... this one just didn't feel like her heart wasn't in it... so, my heart wasn't in it.

It was alr ig. But it does not, in fact, feature MM situations.

Edit: Also the names in the blurb are wrong?? 😭😭 It’s Clint, Fletcher, Beau and Castielle

This is fun! Four cowboys from 2022, and a beta turned omega governess from 1872 collide.
I’ll admit, I’m not one for cowboy romances, I don’t avoid them necessarily, but I don’t actively search them out either. But calliope Stewart’s omegaverse books are some of my favorites, so I was willing to give this a try.

As always, each character has depth to them, they aren’t just stereotypes of reverse harem characters, I especially loved Espie and seeing her and Eleanor interact. Overall, an easy fun read

**Please note, I got a free copy and voluntarily leave an honest and fair review.**

So, Calliope Stewart is one of my favorite Omegaverse authors, and of course, when I can get a chance to read one of her books, I take it. This is the second book in the Omegas Through Time series.

I have read Juneau before too, and I loved it. Each of the separate elements are not really new. Like time traveling, Omegaverse in general or contemporary love stories. But in combination, it hit a spot. And then take great characters with special traits, hang-ups and pasts and watch them build relationships together, despite the differences… I was all in.

So, I was excited to read the next story. Though, firstly, I have to say, while the story is still great and amazing, I wasn't as caught up in this story than I was with Juneau's.

That can be, because of the FMCs are vastly different here. Juneau was far more open to the future, I would say. And yeah, she was reticent to give in to the guys, because she wanted to go back to her time, either. But the difference was, that I could get behind her reasoning. She had a loving family back there, and she didn't want them to think she was missing and leave them behind heartbroken.

But Eleanor, while I loved her personality and the way she was with the kids in the story, was reticent on principle as it seems. She had nothing in the past holding her back. Her close family was already dead. She wasn't that close to her cousin Barnaby. Only the kids she was in charge of and had to educate were in the past. Sure, of course, I wanted them to be happy and all. But Eleanor can't truly change their lives, because of her standing. She already did what she could. But can't protect them from their father.

Otherwise, she had a lonely life with no prospects on love or own children. And not to forget, as a woman, her freedom was very limited too.

As we know, it would have been not a good life for her, if she had stayed. Okay, yes, she could have had children of her own, considering she transitioned into an omega. But Lord Blymouth would have bound her against her will and she would have a terrible husband. And still would not be able to protect the children.

I know, it is easy to say for me. Because I'm born in the future and have a different mindset. And yeah, I wouldn't be happy either, if someone took me from my time and put me somewhere else. But if I was told, that I never belonged there in the first place, and knowing that the world I'm thrown in is in fact far more prosperous for me than my old life? On top of that, a real shot on a happy family and people, who actually care about me?

Sure, I would need time to adjust, but I wouldn't want to go back. So, I was annoyed by her attitude to want to go back and the way she didn't try to get into the modern world. It didn't even make much sense, because her inner musing showed that she appreciated a lot of that. She may not admit it out loud, but she enjoyed having freedom and not to watch her every step. To have a choice.

And the guys were not really special either. I mean, sure, they had different personalities and were fun to read about. They were still complex, but they didn't stand out to me. Not like it was with Juneau's guys. I mean, Bat with his pigeons. Or Storm with his storms. They had personalities that were not the usual thing I read about and set them apart from the run-of-the-mill guy.

Clint, Fletcher, Beau, and Cas were far too normal. Apart from the time traveling Omega, some magic, and Omegaverse in general, it was like every other normal contemporary cowboy/countryside love story. Some drama, mystery and everyday life, but not really special.

I was a bit disappointed by that. But it was still wonderfully written with a great depth, and there were my usual favorite Omegaverse parts, and I would say the interactions with the animals were just hilarious. Like the mini ponies. Or Espie.

It was good, but I didn't read it in one go like usual. Took me three full days to get through it, because I just wasn't in it.

Then the bonding was partly done on-page and partly off-page. Which I didn't really like either. It had time jumps in it too, but they were mostly greatly done. Meaning, the important moments were on-page and the relationship building was shown, so that I could get a connection with the characters.

But the time jump directly into the heat and the bonding already over wasn't so great.

What I absolutely liked, was that same like Juneau, we get some closure of the past. So, to see what happened with Josette after her disappearance and that she had some part in her becoming the person she was in the end, was a highlight. Though, I would have loved to know how her disappearance was explained in the first place. And a bit more about Malcom too. But ok.

I get why Calliope didn't send Eleanor back to her time for a dramatic moment, like it happened with Juneau. Would have been too repetitive, too. Still, I would have loved to see a moment between Eleanor and Josie. That they could have had some sort of goodbye. Anyway, the epilogue was rather short. And I didn't like, that it was simply another smutty group scenes.

I mostly like epilogues, who give some insight of the future they have together. Children, how her life is like now. Espie and the new situation.

Overall, I enjoyed it. Of course, it didn't change a thing that Calliope Stewart is one of my favorite authors and that the story is still amazing. It just wasn't my favorite.

Fate & Magic Are All You Need ✨❤️

This series just keeps getting better! Our 1st omega in the series embraced her new journey, but Eleanor wasn’t as quick to embrace her new time period. A time period that included an adorable little 3 year old girl named Espie, and 4 alphas who can’t seem to agree on how to run their ranch that Eleanor landed in. I’m not usually someone who enjoys slow burn romances, but this one was done perfectly. All the slow burn built to a raging inferno, but was also balanced with plenty of chemistry. Watching Eleanor slowly start coming around to a modern way of living & thinking was an enchanting reading experience. As for our alphas, it was so heartwarming watching them come together to form a cohesive family unit, and become a true pack that could be what Eleanor & Espie needed. I also loved seeing the men all become better versions of themselves because of Eleanor’s influence. I loved the mystery, suspense, and danger that was thrown into our storyline, and it made for a crazy ending that I didn’t see coming. It definitely helped keep things on edge during the story. Even better though, I LOVED the extra touches of magic that we got in this story. It gave it a whimsical touch of fantasy that just added to the overall mood of the story. Not to mention the added dose of humor from the chatter of certain side characters that we never really notice, yet they just made me laugh so hard…just ask Clint about the mini horses, IYKYK 😉😝😂 If you enjoy time travel romances, just the right amount of magic, whychoose, Omegaverse, & slow burn, then you’re definitely gonna want to grab this story! It’s a fascinatingly unique story that will grab you from the very beginning ✨✨✨

This honestly felt like a Juneau retelling but worse. The pacing was off, none of the mmcs had defining personalities, and the relationship development all happened off page so one chapter Eleanor is saying, “I can’t stay! The children need me!” And the next she’s completely sure that she wants to stay with no actual cause for that change of thought. I honestly wouldn’t have minded the abrupt change had it had a motivator that made sense. For example, maybe she googled the children she left behind and saw that they lived happy and fulfilled lives without her and then decided that she could consider staying because of it.
The plot was also nonexistent until the last few chapters, and even then it was extremely predictable, quickly resolved, and didn’t really feel all that threatening. And then we didn’t even get to see her bond with her other two alphas!! We went straight into the epilogue where she already had their bites. What???
Despite my complaints, I did enjoy this book (mostly thanks to Beau and Espie), I just was a bit disappointed. I went into this book having already read Juneau and Gwen and expected the beginning of the book and the overall themes to be similar to those, but I also expected that same spark that made me love those two so much and this one just didn’t have it. Maybe it’s a me problem, but I just didn’t click with this book the same way I did the others.

Perfect story! This is the 2nd time traveling omega to go from living in the past to modern times, and she's not happy with it. Juneau from book 1 was adventurous. Eleanor, on the other hand, is more practical. She has to make it back to the 2 kids she's caring for as a governess.

Clint, Fletcher, Beau, and Cas have found themselves running the family ranch and raising their niece Espie after a family tragedy. When an omega literally falls into their arms, what are they supposed to do? She can't go home for several months, and do they really want to let their scent match get away?

I absolutely devoured this book! I loved Eleanor and kept thinking she'd nothing like Juneau. She's older, and as a beta, she got used to not being run by instincts. Now her hormones are going crazy and she's in a new time. The men around her are all intriguing in their own way. What's a newly awakened omega to do? Well, allow herself to be courted. That's what.

I can't wait for the next story in this series! Seriously, the absolute freaking joy I felt at seeing the blurb for the next one!!! These have quickly become some of my favorite omegaverse books.

P.S. the mini ponies were creepy, and I absolutely loved them! I kept looking forward to more about them.

Eeeek! Eleanor surpassed my love for Juneau and I didn’t think this was possible. Time-travel + omegaverse + why choose romances are a newer subgenre for me but they certainly might be my favorite thing from Calliope Stewart!

We first meet Eleanor, am 1872 governess to two children with an neglectful, opportunistic father and a drain on her male guardian’s finances. Her guardian wants to marry her off, her employer wants her to raise prizes he can marry off for future rewards. Her coworkers are gossips who don’t believe in being affectionate to her charges. She just wants to raise the little ones in her care, read, and live her little beta life.

Then she perfumes into an omega (very late in life) in front of her dastardly employer who means to do [insert horrible thing] to force her into [insert horrible circumstance] so that he can use her to get the clout he thinks he’s owed.

Then a portal opens and the prim and proper governess plops into the laps of four brothers (3 biological, and one might as well) in 2022 Colorado! The brothers own a ranch, complete with lots of animals and a bubbly toddler in their care. If a mysterious 1872 omega (in HEAT!) isn’t enough. The ranch is under attack.

This story beautiful tackles grief, sacrifice, familial obligations, and falling in love when you didn’t think it would ever be your story. Absolutely gorgeous. Read it now.

PS - There’s a CAST of side characters and they’re absolutely hilarious but I can’t spoil all of them. Just know the phrase cultists miniature horses means something.

ARC Reviewer!

I did receive the ARC in return for an honest review!
I think have to start out by saying I may be a bit biased as I absolutely LOVE Calliope Stewart’s books and especially her omegaverse books!

This story starts out with our FMC, Eleanor, she is a governess in the late 1800s for a Lord in England. Eleanor has no prospects and doesn’t want anything other help the children she care for prosper and grow in their challenging home.
One night Eleanor finds out she is a late blooming omega. She’s confused and on the run she opens a door to a whole new world, literally: the modern world.
Eleanor lands in the arms of four alphas: Clint, Fletcher, Cas, and Beau, and their niece Espie. It was great watching Eleanor open up as she learns how to live in the modern world, on a ranch, and how to live with her omega.
The men also have their own issues as they are trying to rebuild their family, building up the family business and learning how to care for a 3 year old.
Personally my favorite scenes were when Espie was involved! She’s a little firecracker.

if I had one critique it would have been for a bit more in depth coverage of certain events: i.e., bonding, as it felt a bit rushed.

Overall, I loved this book! And I hope you do too!

Loved Eleanor’s Story

4.5 rating

I really did love Eleanor and her guys, and especially Epsie. Calliope Stewart was able to do book two in a way that was vastly different from book one, while still sticking to the theme of the series.

Please be aware, one major theme in this book is someone trying to sabotage the guys’ ranch, and with that comes a lot of animal poisoning. Yes there is a trigger warning, but I just need to emphasize that there is quite a bit of it.

With a bit of mystery, some big twists, sweet moments, and one adorable little girl that will have you laughing this book will have you all in your feelings.

The only reason I took .5 off is because I had a hard time connecting to Eleanor once she arrived in the guys’ timeline. I understand her attitude was both how she was raised and how she was guarding herself… but it didn’t make her snottiness any less annoying. BUT, stick through it, she does get much better!

The spice was great but plot is the largest element here. A few intense moments but nothing very kinky. Poor Cas wasn’t let out to fully play like I was hoping.

What a beautiful whirlwind (no pun intended) of a story, WOW.

I’m speechless, truly. this story had me giggling, screaming, sobbing, and swooning. It was SO GOOOOODD!! I LOVEDDD Juneau’s story. I didn’t think Eleanor’s pack could beat the love I had for Juneau’s but man was I wrong. This series is truly beautiful. I love anything Calliope writes, I admit but this series is everything to me. I’ve never been super into time travel books but this series? this series has me in a CHOKEHOLD!! I need more asap.

Eleanor and her pack was a perfect mix of chaos, hilarity, and just pure love. I kept going back on forth on which pack mate was my favorite from Beau’s sweet presence, Cas’s snark, Clint’s steadiness, and Fletch’s everything, truly. I was obsessed with Fletch but truly I would love a slice of any of those alphas.

I truly cannot recommend this book more. read it. you won’t regret it with all the twists and mysteries throughout. I cannot wait to see what will be next in this series!

A must read! If you love time travel, magic, cowboys & omegasverse you absolutely need to snach this book up! I loved this book so so sooo much! Be prepared to immediately fall in love with these characters!

Eleanor’s story was such a whirlwind, full of ups and downs, laughter and some tears too. The guys who made up her pack were all so amazing. Their individual personalities were brought ti life perfectly in Calliope’s writing. I want more of these characters!

Eleanor finds herself in quite the predicament and she works hard to make the best of her new situation as a newly awakened omega but also in a world she knows nothing about. Also loved the extra elements of magic in this book & all the animal connections.

There is spice but that isn’t what this book is all about. It’s a beautiful whychoose, slowburn, omegaverse where the characters overcome obstacles, go after what they believe in and fall in love. Loved it and can’t wait for more time traveling omegas in the future!!!

This is the second book in the Omegas Through Time series. It’s about Omegas who are plucked from their time and thrust into the future.

This book follows Eleanor, an omega from 1872 who suddenly finds herself in 2022. Not only is she dealing with being dumped into a time that is completely different from her own she’s also dealing with suddenly presenting as an omega and everything that entails.

She encounters a pack of Alpha brothers who teach her that this new world she finds herself in might just be better than the one she left behind.

This book has 1872 propriety fighting with 2022 reality, a pack learning how to function as a pack and secrets that seem bigger to everyone than a time travelling omega but aren’t even the biggest problem being faced.

I really enjoyed the book. It was a comfort read that I looked forward to picking back up at the end of my work day. The relationships were sweet and tension filled, the story engaging and the ending just right.

A review copy of this book was sent to me by the author. All of the above opinions are my own.

"'Four stubborn cowboys charmed her right out of her skirts and her spiky attitude.'"

I love love LOVED Juneau so when Calliope started talking about Eleanor, I was so excited. Her OVs are such a fun time. I liked the pack dynamic that Eleanor fell into - and she literally fell into it.

Eleanor time travels from the past right into the arms of her future pack. She literally gets four HOT stubborn cowboys...I mean c'mon! Jealous. I love me some sword crossing but I also love seeing different dynamics and sword crossing doesn't fit every dynamic, case in point: Eleanor's pack.

I had so much fun reading about Eleanor, Cas, Clint, Fletcher & Beau. The guys aren't already technically a pack, but they come together when Eleanor comes to them to form their own pack. I liked the little mystery that Calliope tossed into the mix as well, it gave you something to keep turning the page besides find out how these hot cowboys seduce Eleanor to stay with them. The magic was so freaking cute too. I won't say more than that.

I can't wait to read the next book!

✨ARC Review

What happens when a British high society governess from 1872 jumps through time to a Colorado cattle ranch in 2022? Great freakking things!

We meet Eleanor, a loving and intelligent governess to a Lord’s two children in 1872 England. When she unexpectedly emerges as an omega, she’s forced to run from the cruel alpha Lord and finds herself in the arms of a hot rancher in 2022. Arcadia ranch is doing their best to not only honor the legacy of their fathers, but to make it their own while raising a little girl. The four alphas, Clint, Fletcher, Beau, and Cas, don’t know how to act around the feisty and beautiful omega who is stuck with them for three months. Will they be able to keep her? Only time will tell.

HOLY SHIT, I love this book and this series. This is only book two, but I’m hoping there’s like… 11 more! I can’t even explain how much it made me giddy. It was so cozy and comforting and I’m OBSESSED with Beau. He’s such a perfect guy 😭 they all are, but I hold a soft spot for cinnamon roll alphas who have hearts of gold.

Let’s quickly talk about the real stars of the show… the mini horses! I CAN’T STOP LAUGHING AT HOW INSANE THEY ARE. “Little cultists” 🤣 Also, I love the little pieces of magic that are spread throughout the book. It makes it feel extra special and helps tie in the time travel.

Please read this book. You won’t regret it. Calliope Stewart, you’re so amazing 💗 K, LOVE YOU, BYE!

Just like the first book in this series, this is an interesting time travel romance. Merlin is pulling threads trying to find the omega who is out of place, but there are multiple omegas floating around in the wrong time line. Eleanor is picked, even though she isn’t the right string. She finds herself smack in the middle of a group that is still struggling with precious trauma. Eleanor isn’t sure she wants to stay initially, but as they spend more time together, they all fall deeper and want to stay together. Calliope Stewart is a great storyteller and the story flows nicely. I can’t give it 5 stars because for a governess from long past, she jumps into a physical relationship much too quickly and I don’t find it believable. However, that is a personal issue with stories like these, and I know many who read omegaverse prefer things get spicy quick, and this progression makes more sense for those readers.

Well this was different!
But I'm pleasantly surprised!
I haven't read many time travel books and am definitely going to back to read book one!
Eleanor is a governess from Great Britain 1872, she was designated as a beta worked for Lord Blymouth. The first few chapters felt like a shock to my system because shock for me i didn't read the blurb properly so i thought the whole book was going to be set in 1872 but it soon changes and poor Eleanor ends up changing into an Omega and falls through a green house door straight into the arms of an alpha in Colorado 2022!
Once i we got past the chapters in 1872 the book made so much more sense so maybe I'm just not a historical fan but i still liked them!
But this book was so good and different! I loved the dynamic between them all and i can't actually pick a favourite between Clint, Fletcher, Beau and Cas!
I'm definitely going to back and read Juneau though because her story sounds good too!

I received an arc and this is my honest review.

I enjoy calliopes books so I was not surprised that I really enjoyed this one too. This book helped pull me out a book slump. I couldn’t put it down. The characters were done very well. I enjoyed the plot and how the characters came together since it’s not an establish pack. I wasn’t sure about the cowboy aspect but it didn’t overtake the story or make it a corney western story. It had great spice and Al the omv elements. One of men still has his v card and I know people have been into that more. There wasn’t a trigger page so there is an attempted SA but nothing extreme happens, there’s mention of a slightly inappropriate relationship but the characters are not on page, and there was a s0m0filia scene. It was a great read, so light hearted, and the cutest little niece who loves Disney princesses.

Such a fun world!

I wanted to say series, but this is a standalone book in the same world as Juneau. Juneau is mentioned a few times, but not enough to not understand things if you haven’t read the first book in this world. How to add in a different element to an OV world? Add in a little bit of time travel and a little bit of magic. It took me a little bit to warm up to Eleanor, but she was written true to her upbringing I think. She assimilated quite well to the modern day world… I liked the interesting twists along the way that kept this story line different than Juneau’s story. The guys and setting were definitely different!, and I’m thinking I need to add some more cowboys to my TBR list…. Anyway, there was enough to make me smile, fan myself, and feel all around satisfied with this story. Another win for this world!

I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
3.75 stars rounded up
This was cute! I've loved most everything I've read by Calliope Stewart, her omegaverse books historically have been amazing reads. This one wasn't my favorite of her books, but the premise is fun and a different. The loss of 1.25 stars is because I struggled a little with the numerous time jumps, it felt a bit too much of being told and not shown, and the characters didn't seem to connect for a good chunk of the book. The FMC Eleanor seemed to have too much going on, there's an added factor of magic that I wasn't expecting and feels a bit forced and too much. I wish there had been more focus on her relationship with Espie developing as the setup feels better for that character line. Overall it was a decent book and a fun read once the characters actually start connecting.

This is probably more like a 3 or 3.5 stars for me unfortunately. I'm so sad about it. Juneau, book one in this series, was so good. Probably my favorite Calliope Stewart book yet so I was so excited to get this one, but I reeeeeally struggled through this one.

I didn't really like Eleanor much and the men fell a bit flat for me. Beau was definitely my favorite and Fletcher was pretty good but Clint and Cas were... kinda blah. Plus it felt like Cas and Fletcher should have had their own romance but then didn't and it left some holes.

However, I will still continue to read Stewart and there were parts of this one I still liked. All the kids were fun and the magical element was awesome! And not just the time travel. And I've never read and liked any cowboy or western books and I think that played a role here.

I love both of these genres and when Calliope Stewart puts them together, you know you're going to enjoy the story. This is Book 2 in the Omegas Through Time Series. Eleanor is a beta living as a governess in 1972 England. Circumstances lead to her falling in the arms of 4 cowboys (Alphas!) in 21st Century Colorado. I turns out Eleanor is a late bloomer and reveals as an Omega. The story is well written with well developed characters. My favorite is Espie, a darling toddler with a sassy attitude. The romance is pretty much slow burn which almost drags the story down. Eleanor is unsure if she will stay or go back to her time period. And the action does pick up. A subplot (mystery) carries throughout the book which holds the reader's interest.
I like Calliope Stewart's books and found this one to be very satisfying.

Eleanor is governess to two children in 1872. The father is neglectful, and an opportunistic who drains Eleanor’s male guardian’s finances. Her guardian wants to marry her off, however Elanor’s employer wants her for himself.

Elanor suddenly perfumes into an omega much later than an omega designation should present. This unfortunately happens in front of the children’s father. Of course, this just enable the father to demand that Eleanor belongs to him.. Unexpectedly, a portal opens, and Elanor finds herself in 2022 Colorado on a Ranch and by Clint, Fletcher, Beau, and Cas.
The brothers have found themselves running their family ranch and raising their niece Espie after a family tragedy. Eleanor literally falls into their arms and clueless to the modern world, what are they supposed to do?

I have been so lucky to be able to read Eleanor's story. After reading about juneau and her time travels, getting to know her pack but also a new her. I started reading about Eleanor the other day and i got hooked on the story really quick.

I have really enjoyed reading about Eleanor and her pack in the future. Since Eleanor is from 1872 and her pack is 2022, being thrown into a time period that is so diffrent from the one you have grown up in must have been so difficult. Eleanor showed us her struggles with adjusting to the new time period and the men she now is living with but also falling for. It was hard and took time, but we saw her grow into the woman she was always ment to be. Finding her true home,  with the men she didnt know she needed.❤️

Time travel may not be my favorite trope, but it always makes for an interesting story.

Eleanor is a newly-emerged omega that travels through time and ends up on a ranch in the future…around 4 alphas. But everyone is more than their instincts, thankfully, so their relationship progresses slowly—at a more realistic rate. I liked how each of the alphas (three biologic brothers plus one brother from another mother) had very distinct personalities. Each one opened up to Eleanor and let down their walls and it was wonderful to see.

Throw in a little magic, a little bit more spicy steam, some suspense and mystery and boom: you’ve got an enthralling read that you can’t put down.

Another great read from Calliope Stewart.
