Promised Bride: The West Coast Syndicate

Rate this book
This book is intended to be read after Captured Bride which is Book One of The West Coast Syndicate series.

I feel as though I am a ghost that haunts the cavernous halls of this place that I call home. My days are filled with the pain of my past. I desperately wish to move forward.

After seeing my little brother find happiness and partnership with his wife, I realize it is something I want for myself. I tempt fate with my associate’s sister, even though I won’t meet her until we are standing at the altar.

When she arrives and her brother presses her hand into mine, I am filled with such hope.

I did everything I thought I needed to do to ensure I was safe from a forced marriage. Apparently, I only did enough to ensure no cartel boss would want me. I never considered I would be carted off to California to marry the head of the West Coast’s Bratva.

What on earth does a Bratva boss that powerful want with me? Staring up at this man, who is now my husband, I realize there is a big space for me to fill.

He needs me. It turns out, I need him too.

Good book

The errors in spelling and punctuation is very distracting, though.

It really should have been checked before it was released. The first book had some, as well, but this had more.
