We love all things Scooby-Doo, so whenever we find a Scooby-Doo book we haven't read yet at our local library, we just have to borrow it. The stories in the Scooby-Doo! Mysteries series are simple, fun, and we enjoy reading them together. Right now, our girls really like these short chapter books, but they also like the shorter picture books too. We've read over sixty of these stories, but there are so many more out there...I think we'll be having fun with these stories for years to come.
This story is rather simple and involves an auction at a hotel on Halloween and a costume party filled with vampires. It was a quick read and we enjoyed reading it together.
Cute story but I didn’t enjoy it as well as the others beginning the series. Some of the pictures weren’t very good again which was a let down since the books had seemed to be making improvements until this one. Also, the writing in this one seemed choppier than the others and seemed to leave out a lot of details. The story line of the book was still good, it just needed to be written better so it would flow better and make more sense when reading it. Hopefully the other books in the series get better again.
This is a Scooby Doo chapter book and doesn't have many illustrations in it, (so if you are reading it out loud the listener may get a little bored with out the illustrations) In this one the gang go to a motel where there is an auction of very valuable things. One amulet goes missing and the gang has to find the one that took it, in the mist of EVERYONE dressed as a vampire!
I’m pretty sure that I read this Scooby-Doo book. I used to own tones of these but never read them. This is one that I think I managed to pick up and read. I think any Scooby-Doo fan would love these books and all younger kids would also love them.
I didn't like this book that much. It was kind of boaring, and not that detailed. In my opinion I would not like to read this book again. In other words, I would not reccomend reading this book.
