After getting into an altercation because of Kuran high ass, Elodie says she is done with this.
Goes home to her family for a much needed break, they call her apologizing, she decides to give it another chance. They tell her they will put her up in a home so she don’t have to live in the mansion.
She makes a connection with the brother, and finds out some juicy information. But then gets an interview with the superstar sister and gets a little more information.
Once confronted Kuran gives her all the details sand told her they will be changing the contract and everything will go through him and not his sister any more. This pisses off said sister and she releases the video of the event he has been trying to forget.
Elodie doesn’t listen to rap so when one of Kuran’s artist makes a scene in the club with her, they think it’s a good idea for them to pretend to date for the sake of gossip to make more album sales. She is against it at first, but I think she will find a silver lining.

Let’s start there! THEN! We can get past him feeling like he can’t trust me, like I’m after his money because negro please!” I said with a roll of my neck. “I’ve been wiping my ass with the money you make now since I was born! I was born into this! I didn’t have to sell my soul! I didn’t have to take drugs and lose myself in the process!”
I’m glad Elodie put them in their place! This book was really good, way better than the first one.

When Your Family Means You No Good!
Desiree, lord have mercy, jealously will have some people become terrible. Kuran really has snakes all around him. Niecy is gonna her her karma. I think if Koran was able to see himself better he may be a better person. El has gotten involved in all this mess just because she wants to live out her dream. I don't know how this is gonna go. All I know is I am here for it all. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Elodie done had it with Bruh Man and his peoples! Talk about manipulation and get back, the Godfrey’s got it on lock! Wowzers, these siblings low key hate each other. I said it and I stand on it. Straight nuthouse behavior all day long. Kai straight up about her mess. Niece kinda is too. They’re both the most calculating. Elodie has caught on, but she still ill doesn’t have a solid end game yet — to me.
