Definitely one of the best books on coaching from a Christian perspective. It's practical, sharing knowledge that works in the real world. It's a Top 5 coaching book for me.

A pretty good book on Christian coaching that is very practical and clearly written. Filled with sample conversations to illustrate the concepts, and the conversations are largely realistic and helpful (unlike the cheesy stuff in most books). The body of the book deals with the primary skills of coaching (like listening, asking precise questions, encouraging action, etc.) and also goes on to explain how a coaching approach can enrich many other aspects of ministry.

A very interesting book on coaching. I appreciated the practical and philosophical elements the authors discussed. If you are interested in coaching, this book is helpful as a basic starter.
