What will you do to survive when the world turns cold?
The government shields may have created another Ice Age...
A research station in the Arctic suffers catastrophic destruction. A soldier in Poland dies in a mysterious accident. A reporter in Manhattan stumbles across a conspiracy that has global consequences. As millions succumb to the strange attack across the globe, a handful of brave souls must step forward and fight not just for their own survival but that of the entire human race.
The Long Fall is a thrilling post-apocalyptic series that follows the survivors of a global catastrophe that threatens the survival of the entire world. As each survivor learns more about the reasons and sources behind the apocalypse, they must work to save themselves and their families as they seek a way to reverse the disaster before it's too late.
The Long Fall is a unique take on the post-apocalyptic genre, and one that will leave you breathless with every turn of the page.
Logan Keys says she’s not so much a writer as she is a soothsayer and preparer for those who are still blissfully unaware. Her stories aren’t dystopian but rather a warning for the next generation. When she’s not writing zombies, vampires, superheroes, and robots, she’s fighting against government over-reach and oligarchy using military tactics mixed with a little bit of poetry.
Logan’s currently on her little farm in Kentucky typing away on many projects at once.

The Long Fall is the first book in a climate apocalypse series, with the horrors caused by malfunctioning satellites meant to reduce solar energy from reaching the surface of the earth, ostensibly mitigating climate change. Good idea in theory, terrible idea in practice. From blizzards to tornadoes to massive earthquakes in areas not accustomed to them, no aspect of the climate is unaffected. The characters are well written and, mostly likeable, with a few working hard, and killing, to prevent the conspiracy from becoming public. The disaster scenes are clear and intense, from plane crashes to earthquakes to murder, everything is well choreographed and paced. 4.5/5 stars! Highly recommended for fans of apocalyptic thrillers!
I loved The Long Fall it’s a joy to read. It goes from easy reading and a nice pace to all hands on deck and it’s full speed ahead. I totally recommend reading it. The ending isn’t ideal if it’s a series and the next book isn’t available.
