Everybody wants Lance Lonergan to settle down. Get a good normal job, meet a good normal girl, live a good normal life.
But Lance wants so much more than that. He didn’t move across the country to stand in front of the bright lights of Hollywood and only be an average actor. Lance is determined to be the very best.
A random, intimate encounter with an alluring woman proves fateful when that same woman materializes at Lance’s latest audition as high-powered casting director Selene Blackwood. Sensing an opportunity, Lance leverages the situation into a major career advancement and begins a symbiotic relationship with Selene.
Under the magic of Selene’s influence, all sorts of new doors open for Lance—both professionally and personally. But as lines blur and the connection heats up between them, the question begins to who’s using who actually?

🌶️ ARC REVIEW:
I had no idea what to expect going into this, but hot DAMN. I knew this was an erotic thriller; other books I’ve read in this genre (which, admittedly, were all mainstream) failed to deliver on the spice. This is quite simply impermissible because if you’re gonna have EROTIC (i.e. porn) in the title, fading to black is NOT an option. If there isn’t any explicit fucking—newsflash!—it’s not erotic. It’s just a thriller.
Which brings me to this book. Do we fade to black? Fuck no! We are there for the WHOLE. THING. and let me tell you: this is some hot stuff. 😏
We follow Lance, an aspiring, yet jaded actor in LA struggling to pay rent and make something of himself. This is the truth for many in La La Land—fact is: if you aren’t a nepo baby, you’re in for some tough shit, and you’re gonna find that out REAL FAST.
Anywho—by some stroke of luck, Lance finds himself in the crosshairs of one of Hollywood’s head honchos, Selene Blackwood. Selene is a Catherine Trammel-esque vixen with a golden glint in her eye, and an indecipherable hair color. Seeing her toy with an unwitting and desperate Lance is the highlight of this book. She’s a kinky succubus with the kind of cold, challenging verbal style that reminded me so much of Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct.
One of the spiciest scenes comes in the first act. It’s an audition callback where no actual sex happens—but the edging anticipation and domineering sexual manipulation at play is the stuff of top-tier smut.
All that being said; there is an underlying implication that pervades this entire novel; the notion that success in Hollywood is dependent on amoral transactions. A foreboding sense that behind all the glitz and glam is a sordid nefariousness maintained by the looming figures running Hollywood from the shadows. Good stuff.
This story captured me right away and I finished the whole thing in two sittings.
Lance is a struggling actor with no intention of settling down. That is until he meets Selene and she captures his attention like no one ever has. She's beautiful and mysterious...and she's also a high powered casting director. When she propositions him for a role, she asks for so much more...things that will make Lance question is morals, dignity, and his future.
Dark, twisted, and sexy, It Will End In Disaster takes readers on a journey of blurred lines, terrible choices, and a surrender with dire consequences.
ARC read - and I am NOT mad about it! Patrick Morgan delivers a mysterious and extra spicy journey through Lance Lonergan’s dreams of becoming a famous actor in Hollywood. We follow as he navigates the woes of the industry, the mystery and intrigue of his new casting director; the trials, challenges (and sex) he encounters along the way. I have to admit, I do love having the pleasure of reading smut through a male’s perspective, especially when written by a guy! Meow! There are some dark moments, some WTF just happened moments, and even some moments that will make you giggle. Great read!
“You can tell me anything. I won’t ever tell a soul. You can trust me. I would do anything for you.”
I just love books by Patrick Morgan. I’m so grateful to have received an ARC from him for this one - I have been waiting for it for a while now.
Lance is a struggling actor who dreams of making it big in the business. Everything is mundane until he meets Selene in a random, intimate encounter and he can’t get her out of his head. She appears at his next audition and what unfolds from there is an intense and surreal series of events that open Lance up to success he never expected.
This story broke my brain in the best way. After Lance meets Selene, his whole life changes and it’s hard to determine if it’s actually for the better. He’s so intrigued by her and feels such a connection, that he doesn’t really stop and think about the strange things that seem to happen around Selene. He can’t explain it, but his continued success causes him to overlook the weird incidents. They have such a great chemistry, and the addition of the steamy parts is woven in so well. It doesn’t feel out of place; they’re two characters who act fully on their attraction.
Selene is so interesting because we don’t ever get too much about her, leaving the reader to speculate. Her motive is never quite clear, and I consistently wondered what she wanted Lance for. It felt like there was something bigger looming in the background that I could never piece together, but also gave me the creeps.
“Then again, it’s a reminder that nothing is normal with this woman.”
Viaticum is still my favorite book by Morgan, BUT this is now my second favorite. I couldn’t stop thinking about the ending of Viaticum while I was reading this one. They felt so connected. This idea wouldn’t leave my brain so I had to go back and read Viaticum’s ending. I’m convinced they’re happening at the same time in the same universe, especially because of their endings. They gave me the same feelings and I couldn’t shake the creepiness. I never quite had a handle on things, and even when I thought I might, I absolutely did not.
Lance is a struggling actor in Los Angeles. He thinks he has what it takes to make it big in the business, but luck hasn't been on his side … until he meets Selene. She's seductive, out of this world beautiful, mysterious, and everything Lance has ever dreamed of. She also happens to be a casting director. One thing leads to another, and things start to change quickly for Lance who falls hard and fast down the Selene rabbit hole.
Morgan explores topics of self-worth, sacrifice, obsession, and the things we're willing to do for "love" through this electrifying thriller with a highly erotic spin. And by erotic I mean 5 out of 5 red chili pepper emojis! The smut alone is worth the read, but combine that with a stimulating plot that will have you at the edge of your seat, and you have the best of both worlds.
Prepare to have your mind blown as per Morgan's usual writing style. Grab a copy now! You won't want to miss this one. Trust me. Or don't … it's hard to know who to trust these days, especially after just reading this one.
I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect when reading this one but I was pleasantly surprised. A romantic thriller/suspense with Spice (and yes that needed to be capitalized).
We have Lance who has been in Hollywood for some time now, trying to make a name for himself in acting. He then meets Selene and everything changes for him…
Now I was a bit nervous with the spice but I actually really liked how the spice was written and how the whole book was from a male first POV. For the thriller, it’s actually pretty good, the whole time you know something is off but you’re not exactly sure what is “off”. It’s what will keep you reading, I know it did for me! Things start to just get weirder and weirder and you’re just waiting for everything to explode. Not sure if I would be the odd one out but I really liked the ending. I think it was a nice touch.
This one gives off straight to tv thriller vibes, where you enjoyed it. Maybe you didn’t love it but you keep watching just to see where it takes you. Its a perfect one for that random Wednesday night.
Okay, this time, I'll write my opinion in English and I'll put it in Spanish if Instagram gives me a chance 🤣 if not, in the comments 😜, I had to collaborate with a foreign author for the first time 🥹 and that made me very excited. Lately I've been into books for people over 18 and on one occasion I saw that the author of “Moonstruck” published this book, and I said “it looks cool, I'll put it on my to-read list. Then this call came out and I said "I'm going to try it"... to my surprise, if it stays and when I get the notification, (first I was scared 🤣, because I didn't know the shipping company 🤣) well I got excited 🥳, and now I read it and here what I can tell you. Since I want you to read it 🤣, I'll leave you stung. Imagine being a prospective actor and one day you meet one of the most sought-after actresses in the business. And she looks at you, from there she begins a passionate relationship in which the doubt of belonging grows every day, since both are in a race where their eyes turn to see each other with desire and lust. A story that I knew was +18 and when I read the scenes I said "that's possible" 🤣. The author has an addictive style, that I was "please already give me all the gossip" but the story is so dynamic and things are always happening, that you don't want to skip chapters. One point that I liked is to see a +18 story from a man's point of view, commonly this type of book is narrated from a female point of view. And well, that was interesting to me, because although the protagonist is Lance, the one that leads to madness and desire is Selene, although the young man is not a saint, the dynamics they carry is interesting. In general, a book that I found entertaining, and although it is an +18 romance, it is not toxic, that is appreciated. Did you know him? would you read it Note: there were scenes that made me flush, haha, I usually laugh at the scenes, but these were like 😳.
The book is about Lance, an aspiring actor who lives in L.A, he's used to girls falling for his charm, but hasn't met anyone special yet. Until one night when he is on a date and goes the bathroom and hear a couple in the booth next to him. That's the beginning to something unexpected and a first meeting with the mysterious Selene. A woman you do not cross if you know what's best for you.
Lance luck turns and he has to be willing to do whatever it takes, to keep it going. It's quite the tale and a magic ending. I really liked the book and had no clue how it would end, so that totally surprised me.
So keep an eye out for this book, the acting world in LA can and will surprise you!
Okay, now that I had time to process it .. these are my thoughts .. . WTH did I read?!! Honestly.. Patrick Morgan has the talent to merge scenarios that will lead you to an absolutely mind-blowing story. . Concise, bold, vivid. . "Follow your passion to whatever end" . And Lance is determined to do whatever it takes to triumph in Hollywood. Going into auditions he meets Selene, a high profile cast director. The chemistry is electric, magnetic, instantaneous and spellbinding. . He's been allured to follow his passions and dreams .. but at what cost?.. ..........
ARC Read - I had no idea what to expect going into this story, but I ended up reading the whole thing in one sitting. Dark, spicy, and twisted! I will definitely be checking out some of Morgan's other books.
Well, this was phenomenal. We chose this for book club and I am not upset about that decision at all. Can’t wait to discuss with everyone. I have more to say about this after I ponder a bit more and get my thoughts in order.
This is the story of Lance, a little-known actor who wants to succeed in Hollywood but hasn't had a great opportunity. One night he meets Selene where the two have a strong encounter that he can't forget to later realize that she is a powerful woman. that she is a casting director so she gives him the opportunity of his life, but nothing is free in this life and although it seems that both have entered into a strange arrangement by mutual agreement, there are things around them that are not as they seem and only They make this story more interesting.
First of all I want to say that something very important about this book is that its classification is undoubtedly +18 and when I tell you that it has Spicy it is that it has SPICY like this in capital letters but this only makes the novel have incredible intensity in addition to the fact of following the story from the perspective of the male lead makes these scenes very interesting.
The story makes me feel like I'm entering one of those conspiracy theories about Hollywood and the powerful people behind this industry where a strong woman is more than she appears so the author maintains the addictive pace throughout the book and It's that you don't know what will happen so you can't let go until you have all the answers.
As for the characters, I must say that they are very well done because they have a complexity and a balance that you can understand them, become attached to them and want to shake them hard all at the same time, I like to see the narration from Lance's perspective and that Selene is so domineering and strong they are rare but very interesting characters.
I highly recommend the book if you like thrillers, intensity in the stories and a very good SPICY.
I am very grateful to the author for selecting me to send me a signed copy of his book for this collaboration, I enjoyed it very much.
“It Will End in Disaster” by Patrick Morgan was my first read by this author! I didn’t know what to expect when I went into this and I am glad I didn’t read other reviews so I could experience it all for myself… that was a solid choice on my part 🤣
The story opens by meeting our MMC, Lance, a struggling actor transplanted to LA from a small town in Oklahoma. He wants to make it big but like any aspiring actor in LA, going to audition after audition, but when he basically runs into his most recent audition, he is stopped in his tracks. The sexy woman he “met” from the night before in a bar bathroom is sitting right in front of him; and not only that, SHES the hottest director in LA. Our FMC, Selene Blackwood, is a not only successful but a temptress that occupies every square inch of Lances’s brain. He will do ANYTHING to make it big in Hollywood. But as things progress with his career and with Selene, how far is he really willing to go? Will his willingness to succeed be rewarded or… will it end in disaster?
I had many 🤯 “WHAT” moments during this book. You think it’s going one direction and then it quickly goes in the other. I had my suspicions of what the story was trying to tell me early on and I was DEFINITELY wrong. I haven’t read a book like this before and I am certainly glad I did! One of my favorite things about Morgan’s book is not just the writing style (which is seriously SO good) but the fact that it’s a male’s POV! I was shocked that it never turned into a dual-POV book and I am glad it didn’t because it made this book very unique and totally different than any other book I have my library and my TBR. What I didn’t expect was the ending — didn’t see it coming from a mile away! OH! and the spice?! VERY well written and definitely steamy 🥵
For those readers who love an erotic thriller with a good story and even better writing, this book is for you! It will keep you guessing the entire way through and leave you saying “uhhhhh WHAT?!” more often than not… but that’s what you want from a good thriller!
I will be the first to admit that I am not a fan of reading. I consider myself to be a picky reader, and one that must be drawn in early on, like in the first few pages in order to keep my attention. Since finding Patrick Morgan's books I have read more in the last almost year than I had in the years before.
Every book I have read by him has drawn me in, kept me interested, and left me wanting more. It Will End In Disaster did nothing short of just that. By page 12 I was consumed. I didn't want to put the book down. I found myself getting honked at in the Starbucks drive through line because I was reading it & missing that it was time to pull forward, I was reading it every chance I could... at work, waiting to pick up my child, in the bathtub, while getting a pedicure...literally whenever I could.
I think one thing as humans we all want is to be desired, to feel wanted, and yearned for. That one human connection that you just can't get enough of. This book lends to just that, but in a way that you yourself will feel fully immersed in the book, as if you yourself can relate and picture yourself as one of the characters. Patrick Morgan will drawn you in page by page with his incredible attention to detail, and he will always leave you wanting more.
This is a must read if you are into romance, lust, desire, sex, and all the things in between while feeding the obsession of what we as humans are willing to do for love. This erotic thriller will leave you wanting more, always on the edge of your seat, and you will completely devour this book.
I would like to thank the author for sending me the ARC of this amazing book weeks before the release so I could enjoy it.
It is the first erotic thriller I have read, and I do have to say, I enjoyed it a great deal. It happens to also be the first book I've read by Patrick Morgan, but surely, it will not be the last. It is outstandingly entertaining with a fast paced story arc, causing the reader to not want to put the book down.
IT WILL END IN DISASTER follows Lance's journey, an aspiring actor who is determined to do whatever it takes to triumph in Hollywood. Lance meets Selene in a very unconventional way, perplexed by her incredible beauty and sex appeal, he finds it hard to get her out of his mind, especially since he believes he won't meet her again...... until he runs into her at an audition. The sexual chemistry between them is through the roof, and the author conveys to the reader incredibly well all the emotions and feelings that such sexually charged energy produces. I loved that about this book, how it made me feel throughout the entire storyline. I genuinely enjoyed and appreciated reading a character like Selene, a woman who openly enjoys her femeninity, her sensuality and most of all her sexuality. In today's society, it often leads to severe criticism when a woman openly enjoys her sexuality, as if the expression of desire, should only be confined to one's deepest thoughts and never to be pronounced out loud. I have found myself facing this dilemma many times throughout my life, hence why I instantly clicked with Selene.
If you are looking for a book that will have your heart and your blood racing while keeping you intrigued, THIS IS IT🔥🔥!
I’d like to start my review off by thanking Patrick Morgan for giving me the chance to read the ARC of It Will End In Disaster!! 💕 now onto the actual review! I’m giving this book the full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! My March was super busy and so this was the second book I’d read in the whole month and let me tell you guys 👏🏻 It. Did. Not. Disappoint. There were so many moments in this book where I was 🫨 and had to re read 😂 my brain went whaaaaat. I really enjoyed the characters within the book, especially Lance not only because he was the MC within the book, but I felt as if he was a representation of those individuals who are moving into the movie 🎥 industry and seeing the reality of it. Selene is spooky 👻 whenever I came across her parts within the book, I instantly got goosebumps from reading 😭 I really really enjoyed this book even though it took me ages to read, I was sneaking in 2 pages whilst running through my uni assignments 😂 For me Lance’s character felt super real, his struggles, his emotions, his behaviour was described in such a perfect way that I couldn’t help but feel like I was in the book actually watching him. I think this is the first book I’ve read by a Male author ✍️ and I need more 🥹 Patrick Morgan has done an amazing job on this 😍 and has set my standards very very high 📊 , so if you want something thrilling and spicy 🔥 I suggest you go and get your copy now!🏃🏻♀️

English translation:
Thank you Patrick Morgan for the autographed copy.
This novel is classified as an erotic thriller but I think it covers many other genres. This is a different story in which you will constantly be doubting, is he dreaming? is this real? is she a supernatural human? is he imagining everything?
This is the story of Lance, an actor born in LA who aspires to be successfull in Hollywood and his journey after meeting Selene Blackwood, a casting director.
The characters are very human and ordinary except for Selene Blackwood. I found her character interesting and powerful. A strong woman with great self-esteem and without fear of expressing and enjoying her sexuality. This woman could have a huge novel dedicated solely to her and I would read it without hesitation.
Throughout the novel, a feeling of uncertainty is perceived surrounded by a somewhat 'creepy' vibe thanks to the millions of doubts that continually arise without any answer. In the end it gave me Armie Hammer style vibes.
I give it 3 stars because as a thriller reader I am the type that always wants the explanation behind the plot answers and here the ending flew by. We need an epilogue, please!
Lance Lonergan is a struggling actor in LA having a hard time making ends meet. No auditions really seem to be going his way, he has to work a side gig at a catering job, and he can’t even afford his share of the rent. Everything changes when he meets a beautiful and powerful casting director, Selene Blackwood.
Um okay. I need a minute to emotionally recover from this. I was seriously unprepared for this steamy romance.
I’ll admit, I’ve never read “spicy” scenes written by a male author so I was both curious and nervous going into these scenes but *ahem* absolutely no complaints over here. They were delicious, steamy and I could have easily read more. (I may or may not have reread a few scenes🫠) “I could spend eons charting myriad paths all over her body with my mouth, but right now, there’s only one place I want and need to be”. The chemistry between Lance and Selene made for an addicting read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me! A big thank you to the author for allowing me to read this as an ARC.
This is like nothing I ever would have expected! It’s spicy with a bit of mystery and magic. It will keep you wondering till the end.
Selene is sexy boss bitch goals and I’m here for it! Lance is beyond obsessed with her and I admittedly struggled with his level of obsession. I like a strong, dominant male character and he was very much not that when around Selene. The woman definitely entranced him!
I found myself feeling bad for the roommate throughout the book. Lance seemed a bit self absorbed and didn’t see what was potentially right in front of him. All he could see was Selene. I tend to imagine different scenarios in novels and this is another storyline I found myself playing out in my head as a “what if”.
If you want to read a book with mystery, intrigue, and spice then you should definitely pick up “It Will End In Disaster”. Pre-order is available now, publication date is Tuesday, April, 4, 2023.
“Profoundly, I know that I’ve seen something, I’ve breathed something, borne witness to something I’ll never forget, no matter how hard I might try. Not that I would ever want to.”
Firstly, a huge thank you to Patrick Morgan for giving me the huge honor of being an ARC reader for this novel.
It Will End in Disaster is a dark, twisted, and delicious thriller that is FILLED with smut. And I absolutely ATE IT UP.
There are a lot of twists and turns that will have you saying “WTF JUST HAPPENED” all throughout this book, particularly regarding our leading lady Selene Blackwood.
The spice was AMAZING. I was a little apprehensive because I have never read erotica by a male author, but W O W. Patrick Morgan did NOT disappoint.
This is a “spellbinding erotic thriller” that I HIGHLY recommend to readers who like a little smut and witchy woo with your thriller.
Book Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice Review: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (Perfect amount and HOT)
You know that saying “add a little bit of spice?” ok well Author Patrick Morgan took that and dumped the whole spice jar into this book.
This book was fun, fast paced, thrilling and wow very very 🥵 . (it is considered a erotica thriller)
One really unique thing about this book is you have a male POV from the main character Lance. I personally really have not read any type of book that was solely from a male POV but it was really cool to get to do that .
So many WTF moments and times I had to pick my jaw back up off the floor 🤣
Huge thank you to Author @ for emailing me a copy of this ARC. I truly did not know what to expect and I am very happy I did this!
oh and THE CHEMISTRY between Lance and Selene 👏🏻👏🏻.
This book drops on April 4th I know I will be getting my copy, will you???
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
"I love the way she says my name, like she's already claimed me."
Lance Lonergan has been unsuccessfully trying to find his way through Hollywood until he meets seductive high-powered casting director Selene Blackwood who not only gives him what he's dreamed of, but opens his world to a whole load more.
I'm not entirely sure what I was expecting from this erotic thriller, but I am certain I wasn't expecting what I received. I can confidently say that this is a book you'd happily stay up until 2am to read. I often found myself going from "wow" to "huh" to "oh no", sometimes within the same page, enjoying the spice (and there is plenty of it!) but curious as to what was coming next. I was thoroughly hooked! The male perspective made the sexy parts sexier whilst maintaining the tension of what the hell is going on?! In the words of Selene, I want more.
So please note i wrote this review while i was reading this is my actual thought process while it happend and probably makes zero sense until you read it. Which you should!
Lance is a struggling actor, while his Parents are pushing him to settle down, find a nice girl.. get married and have kids. Lance is looking for his big Break, When he meets a women at a bar he is absolutely Captivated Like obsessed...
Its all just abit strange, time seems to just disappear for Lance whyy?? What is going on with Selene? Shes being dodgy A.f!
I am sooo confused right now
So by this point ive made a guess but something was said which was basically my guess so now i think im wrong
Seriously. What is happpening??!!!
Ok my guess was wrong and what the actual hell just happened!
I didnt see anything coming! So many twist and turns and that ending omgg!!
I received this ARC from the author in exchange of an honest review. Thank you Patrick for this opportunity.
When reading spicy romance you always have a strong millionaire MMC and here the story is completely different which intrigued me since chapter 1. The strong female protagonist is a very mysterious, gorgeous, millionaire, and powerful Hollywood top casting director.
The story is so twisted and dark that it will blow your mind and there will be a lot of “Wait what?” And “WTF is happening” moments. Time seems to disappear for Lance (an aspiring actor) when he is with Selene and there is a lot and I mean a LOT of mysterious things going on in the story but I can’t go into details because I do not want to spoil any of it. The ending will leave you wondering, and I can assure you that you have never read anything like this before.
The book follows Lance Lonergan, a struggling actor in Los Angeles. Lance's determination leads him to a fateful encounter with Selene Blackwood, a high-powered casting director. This chance meeting leads to a career breakthrough for Lance, and he begins a professional and personal relationship with Selene. However, as their relationship intensifies, Lance begins to question Selene's true motives.
I am not usually a fan of thrillers but when I read the synopsis on this one I knew I had to get my hands on it! This book had the perfect amount of spice! 🌶️ I am going to give Patrick 5/5 for the spice! I was a little hesitant as you don’t see many male spice authors but Patrick brought the spice!! I had a lot of WTF moments that left me speechless! If you love spicy thrillers this one is for you!!
One of my favorite things about reading is having the amazing opportunity to be entrusted with authors books prior to their publication day. Being able to go in blindly to a book having no idea what kind of mind fuck you will be getting into is just such a fun (for me) experience. Indie authors have many obstacles as authors but one advantage is their ability to be able to write crazy stories with less sensorship that comes from traditional publishers and I LOVE supporting them.
Lance is an aspiring actor in L.A. and is hoping to catch his big break. He meets Selene the sexy vixen siren in a bathroom of all places and his life turns upside down.
This book was so fantastic! I really enjoyed the sole male POV in this one and thought Morgan did a fantastic job. The atmosphere and spooky vibes were done very well and I was on the edge of my seat. The spice was real and I can see why it’s classified as an erotic thriller. Honestly that’s the best of both worlds when reading imho. This was propulsive with one of the most unique storylines I’ve read all year.
The ending of this was insane and I had to read it twice and I have so many questions and need a bonus epilogue chapter!
This would make a fantastic bookclub pick with lots of room for discussion.
Publication date is April 4th you should pre order it now!
This is my first book written by a male author of the year so the bar has been set very high.
Thank you so much @patrickmorganauthor for an advanced copy I’ll be ordering a physical one for my collection.
Thank you so much to the author, Patrick Morgan, for the ARC in exchange for a review!
This book was an absolute adventure from start to crazy finish.
Lance Lonergan is a wannabe actor living in LA and struggling to make ends meet, when he meets Selene Blackwood—a seriously seductive high-class Hollywood casting director. Selene is one of the LA elite. She's Lance's ticket to becoming a successful actor. She's beautiful and sexy and smart and also, a little terrifying.
If you like a thriller with some spice, you will love this book. I'm a huge fan of any book that can make me say, "what in the #@$%" out loud as I'm reading, and It Will End in Disaster did that multiple times.
I would definitely recommend this book to my fellow thriller lovers.
It Will End in Disaster is a spicy thriller, which are genres not usually found together but absolutely worked for this storyline. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat as you follow struggling actor, Lance Lonergan, as he tries to make his way in Hollywood. This book challenges stereotypes and gender roles as Lance struggles to come to terms with just how much he is willing to do or sacrifice to get the life he wants, including the girl who makes him question everything.
This book is full of smut, thrill, and a little bit of the supernatural, giving way to many WTF moments and questions that leave you reeling and wondering what the heck really just happened.
4/5 stars. Special thanks to the author for sending me a copy for my honest review.
