I recently got to meet this lovely lady. She gave a seminar and trunk show at my local quilt shop and it was fabulous. She really is the queen of log cabin quilts. She could turn any pattern into a log cabin design. Did you know that she back stitches every machine pieced unit in her quilt unlike most quilters? Her husband was wonderful too.

I have never used a border from this book, but it has given me lots of ideas. If you really like to dress up a plain quilt or use up more fabric this is the book for you.

I have not focused on pieced borders much as a quilter, but when I have, I have realized there are alot of variables that make this challenging, and this book is an excellent resource
