This is one of those books that I just can't keep a copy of; I keep giving it away in self defense to those poor souls, who cluelessly find themselves in a position where they have to stand up front and present something to other people.

Incredibly biased and not practical. The information in this book only fits well with the cookie cutter mid-sized main stream Protestant church. If the church you are working in does not meet those standards than do not waste your time by picking up this book.

it is very nice to read and so helpful not only for the pastors but also for the teachers. it talks about the why the traditional teaching isn't that effective anymore.
