What a beautiful book! I treated myself to a little bit each day during my summer of Rupp. The poems and prayers were beautiful and healing. This book was a silent retreat, a sacred time spent with God. I savored every page.
This book of rituals, prayers, etc. is one I have about worn out. It follows the seasons of the "church year" but includes things like Valentine's Day and such. It has a wonderful blessing for the dying, a prayer (with movement)for greeting the day, and a whole lot of great stuff. I honestly love everything of Joyce Rupp's that she has written. In fact, I actually own most of her books.
