Malcolm Brown is dead.

In the small town of Cookeville, TN, something stirs. The Man Called Midget drawn by the occult power of decay, thrumming in his blood, is lured to the site of a grisly ritual murder. And from there, makes the acquaintance of the inscrutable Ramon.

The Man Called Midget and Ramon are soon drawn to the gunfighter, Emma. From one ritual act, the three are thrust into a dark world of magic, alchemy, and a wheelbarrow. In seeking the source of the dark mysteries before them, their exposure threatens to change them and their place in the world, forever.

And all the while, the girl called Harmony and the broken being she has enthralled dance, in the still-smoldering embers, while the world threatens to burn around them.

Harmony is the first story in a world of modern myth-building. To be exposed to these myths is to have them know you in turn and find that revelation is terrifying.
