NO interest or intention of getting married but a really interesting book on all aspects of wedding photography and shares hints and tips you can apply to the big day and other areas of photography. Chock full (obviously) of wedding pictures and how they are achieved and the best techniques to use to get a professional result. I know little of photography but am sure there is something here for everyone whether amateur or pro to learn some useful tools.
I entered this giveaway because I"m artistic.. not necissarily a photographer.. but I enjoy taking pictures, videos, and doing artsy stuff. I'm very excited to check this book out.. I'm a teach yourself kind of girl. Thanks Goodreads for the win! :)
So I just recieved this in the mail yesterday. I marked this as read.. because it's not really the kind of book you sit down and thoroughly read through. I did read through all of it to an extent to get a feel for what exactly it was all about.
I love this little book.. I'm not a professional photographer.. Not even close. I dont even have an SLR digital camera.. YET.. Why did I enter to win this? Because I plan on getting one for christmas this coming year.. it's a big expense so I must wait..
this book does focus a lot on wedding photography.. which is good, but probably not the kind of things I"ll be taking pictures of. But even with that being said.. I already see a few tricks I can definately use with photographing my daughter. Lighting, lenses, everything. This book has Everything.. and I look forward to really diving more into it more when I get my own camera.
I guess what I'm saying is that you dont have to be a professional, or even want to be a professional to get something good from this guide... If you like taking pictures of anything at all.. this is a great book to own. So glad I won this..
Thanks Goodreads! And thanks to the Author for sharing all your secrets. :)
