Cannot say enough good words about this author!! Riveting every step of the way!!!

This book creeped me the fuck out. The creatures and monsters were so well written that I felt tense reading the horror scenes. The imagery had me hiding under my covers.
I really liked the way we had 3 POVS - the two MFCs and the evil creature. This was really original and I haven’t encountered another story to give the monsters perspective and thoughts from first person.
I absolutely loved the characters. They were all so different and stuck to their traits. Even the character I found had the most flaws of extreme anger, not thinking things through, no communication. It was frustrating to read her but the author kept her behaviors true to her nature.
I love the LGBT main characters and the inside of someone’s head as they try to figure out their sexuality. The jumps of straight to bisexual to actually just lesbian but they don’t even know it yet. Super relatable.
And the ending had such a cliff hanger!! I know there is a second book coming! I did not expect that ending at all. So many unanswered questions!!
Tyler and zeke will be my forever favorites in this series.

This book goes so fucking crazy, it's gay, it's magical, it's enthralling. The final scenes leave me desperate for more information, I really need a sequel because I need more!!!!! If you have this option, I recommend reading aloud to a lover. Really great couples reading.
