This is a must read.
You can clearly sense the Deming influence & sage wisdom.
It elegantly mixes short prologues with meatier bits and elegantly closes each section with an epilogue.

Readable, thought-worthy and relevant. The book although published 1994 is still ahead of it's time, leapfrog the competition and learn how to start building the foundation of tomorrows enterprise today.
