A Distant Star
Taken from his native world and the only existence he has ever known, Zamear Forester is suddenly forced into an existence of abject slavery where his life and the lives of his people are nothing more than the currency his captors deal in.
After witnessing countless acts of random cruelty and murder, Zamear decides he cannot allow his captors to go unpunished. While his people rage uselessly against their fate, Zamear sets his own plans for retribution into motion - but in order to defeat his enemies he must first become one of them.

I loved this book. I worked with Lee a million years ago and am lucky enough to have a signed copy of this. The story is fantastic. A great journey and some great thrills. I’ll read and reread it until the day I die.
