The last book in this series was just okay to me. I hated the ending and expected more after reading the first three books.

It all came full circle everyone got what was coming to them in the end. I would have like to know what happened to Derek & Halleigh other than that I was okay with the ending!!

Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone got to the point in life where they say, I’ve had enough of living in the shallows. Things or people have a way of starting out wanting revenge. Then they look back and realize it wasn’t worthy it. Is it worth loosing more that what you’ve lost already? If you don’t know, let this be a lesson. Two wrongs will never make a right and revenge doesn’t have to be gotten by you for justice to be severed on a silver plater. Someone has to be the better person. That may as well be you.

If Baltimore wasn't so violent in real life, then a reader might think that this is really
outlandish. Absent the car bombing of government officials, this book covers some of the
maladies that affect many cities. The lure of fast cash, sex and power have led to the
downfall of elected officials and police officers. I like Treasure Hernandez as an author. A
ton of loose ends were tied up in this novel. Scar. Tiphani. Mathias. A quick read.

As I went thru series 4 whole book I kept going thru the book shaking my head and caught myself talking to the characters. Aside from some of the books that Treasure has also written with other authors this is the 1st one of Treasure's work that has been done solo. I have become a fan that will continue to read more of Treasure's past work and look forward to future work.

This volume was ok. There were quite a few errors that took away from the story yet it ended pretty good. The ending did seem a bit rushed though. I felt there was more to be told. I liked the Flint Saga better but this was still an ok read.

This is just the kind of completely ridiculous book I was in the mood for. It takes about two or three hours to plow through and means mostly nothing. It's the end of a crime series of books about gang stuff in Baltimore. It's just what I needed, it's ridiculous and a good bit of fun. I'm not actually sure if I'm supposed to like any of the characters, but they're all so absurd it doesn't actually matter.

I have finished reading The Baltimore Chronicles (4 volumes). I was pleasantly surprised to see Halleigh and her son, Malek Jr. reappear. If you read the Flint Series you will remember Malek and Halleigh. I thought for sure Dayvid aka Day and Halleigh would get together since they loved each other but again she lost another love. She can't seem to catch a break. Once again Traesure Hernandez has set it off with her books. Really good reading!!!!
