Even though this is a smalltime publication with rather rough writing, the history is really interesting and this book was thouroughly enjoyable. I used to take Rt 17 to Santa Cruz when I lived in Sacramento and it is a beautiful albeit scary road!

This book has some inaccuracies about the Thompson family's Lost World and Enchanted Trees.
