His main clinical and research interest is in the area of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and in particular in looking at ways of disseminating this approach more widely.

Excellent collection of CBT workbooks in one place. Although it is directly created for people with Functional Neurological Symptoms, it would be helpful to anyone with a chronic health condition. Note: The authors are British, so some terminology is a little different and they assume a high-vocabulary audience.
