Ce petit ouvrage offre un aperçu synthétique et fiable des problèmes anxieux. On ne peut que regretter l'impossibilité d'appliquer certaines suggestions de l'auteur en France, car c'est tout le système de santé qui diffère par rapport au Canada.Par exemple, il n'est pas commun en France de se voir conseiller des groupes de soutien par son généraliste. Cependant, l'auteur permet d’identifier avec précision les différents troubles anxieux et les moyens de les gérer.
