I thoroughly recommend this audio (or other formats) book to parents, teachers, coaches and all other people who play a significant role in the lives of our younger people. In fact I would recommend it to anyone who is genuinely committed to more wholesome mental and emotional health for everyone. Were this book around when some adults were younger, they could be in much more resilient and robust shape in their lives now. If you want to know some information about and possible strategies for managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, suicide risk and many other maladies, that some of our dear ones can be burdened with, this book will offer some assistance. Mohu vřele doporučit, protože dokáže otevřít oči a pochopit chování a jednání nemocných.
